Very helpful staff when we were not able to communicate with airport due to lost luggage. Accommodation offered free transfer from airport which was a nice change.

The entrance to the accommodation is uninviting.

It is a perfect place to stay in the heart of Moscow, have lots of privacy and feel as if you are at home. The young Moscow Suites staff is really very helpful and super-friendly. Would like to thank all staff members for taking such good care of me!

Two, albeit minor, things that might be disturbing: the heating is not always as efficient as one might wish during the cold Russian winter. And in some nights someone in the neighbourhood tries to improve his skills in what supposedly should be rock music, but sounds rather like bad karaoke. Take earplugs with you, just in case.

Staff are professional and friendly. Location is great. WiFi is fast. Apartment is modern an convenient. Metro is 10 min, Supermarket is 5 min, pubs are 5 min walk.

Door lock was damaged so I have to wake up my colegue when I was back home at night to get in. Where was somewhere dust in apartment when we checked in, but hostess organised cleaning on next day. But overall everything was OK. next time I will stay here again

It's an very old apartment. The lobby was not well maintained, old and dirty. The lift is tiny and scary. Air conditioning not working at all.

The address that booking.com sent me to was wrong (not far off, but far enough so that I couldn't find the right place). The apartment is serviced by an old soviet-styled lift (scary ;)), or a staircase that some other occupants consider to be a good place to store garbage. It's not a big deal, and I actually liked the exercise of climbing to the 6th floor a couple of times a day, but it's just a small issue.

L'accueil vraiment sympa, l'effort de parler anglais alors que ce n'est pas leur tasse de thé, le confort vraiment agréable. Lorsque l'on arrive prés de l'immeuble, on se pose un milliers de question, lorsque l'on arrive dans les couloirs, on s'en pose un millier de plus, et on se demande où l'on est tombé… puis on rentre dans l'appartement, juste fabuleux, design, décoré avec soin. De plus l'appartement est proche d'une station de métro. Idéalement situé à 600 m de la place rouge et du Kremelin. Supermarché à 5 minutes, starbucks à 3 minutes.

Réservation pour 3 personnes, une chambre avec un lit deux places, et un canapé lit pour le troisième… j'aurai aimé en être informé, car le confort est moindre. Du coup payer si cher pour dormir sur un canapé lit, ça fait un peu mal au ventre...

La propreté

L'attente pour avoir les clés. La personne était présente dans l'appartement mais lors de l'appel pour la remise des clés, cela n'a pas été dit. On a donc attendu 10 min par -25° et j'ai appelé pour dire qu'on était là.

Прекрасное месторасположение, если вы хотите посмотреть центр города. Приветливый менеджер (встречающий на квартире), все рассказала, все показала. Оплачивали по карте прямо на месте. Чистая квартира в современном стиле, хотя на мой вкус немного офисно, не хватает акцентов в интерьере. Просторные помещения, хороший кухонный гарнитур. Фотографии на сайте соответствуют действительности. Мы останавливались на Старопименовском 4. Хозяин этой сети - англоговорящий европеец, старается сделать сервис европейским и это у него получается.

Вероятно в холода в помещении будет прохладно. Батареи аккуратно зашиты декоративными панелями и это сильно снижает циркуляцию воздуха. В остальном нареканий нет.

Litt kronglete at de ansatte må komme og ta imot nøkkel før man kan dra. Dette gjør at man ikke kan ta avsted når man selv er klar.

Der Service war ausgezeichnet, von der Buchung bis zum Flughafentransfer und Empfang. 100% zuverlässig, exzellentes Englisch, freundlich, sehr angenehm. Vom Appartment ist man entlang der Tverskaya in 15 Minuten am Roten Platz, mit der Metro in 5 Minuten, am Gorki-Park mit der Metro in 20 Minuten. Wir haben die Stadt jederzeit als sehr sicher erlebt, auch nachts um 1 Uhr.

La conservación del apartamento es excelente y también su ubicación a 15 minutos andando del Kremlin y al lado de una parada de metro. La organización y comunicación con los clientes es muy eficiente.

1 - o transfer da estação de trem ao hotel não estava nos aguardando (apesar dos insistentes emails de confirmação recebidos por mim e respondidos) 2 - o transfer do hotel ao aeroporto era pago pois no site dizia estar incluído só o "from" aeroporto e não o "to" aeroporto. 3 - não é hotel. São apartamentos (bons e limpos) mas o prédio é velho e sujo (o apartamento é limpo e bonito). 5 - é feito cobrança de taxa prévia (reserva). O que não é comum no booking.

L'appartement est bien situé. Mais l'entrée dans l'immeuble est "soviétique", sans travaux, il n'y a aucune sécurité. L'appartement est fait avec les matériaux très bon marché, style "Ikéa". La baignoire "chip" qui n'a pas l'air d'être propre. L'appartement est très sombre, il n'y a aucune déco, très froid, même austère. La personne qui m'a accueili était aussi très austère. La seule chose qui l'intéressait - c'était encaisser l'argent. La taille de l'appartement est correct, mais dans l'ensemble le rapport qualité-prix est mauvais.

The apartment location is excellent! Everything was very clean and tidy. The bed and sofá-bed were comfortable. Very Good option for a reasonable price.

Appartement extremement bien aménagé,trés confortable,couleur et lumière...vraiment très très très bien!

Dans la cage d'escalier une odeur très particulière d'humidité...cette odeur doit certainement venir de la cave!!!...mais c'est un détail par rapport à la qualité de l'appartement.
