Very professional and friendly service. Flexible and responsive. They were able to have a package of food ready for me. Free airport pick up is a big plus. Nice apartment with full set of equipment - comfortable, modern, tidy

Location is across the road from one the nightlife areas and big neon signs can be annoying late at night unless you draw curtains carefully - but then a good selection of restaurants and clubs is right on your doorstep.

Staff friendly and very helpful. No problem to communicate in english. Design of the apartment nice. Location is good.

This is not a hotel suites Apartment ! Only is units of a residential building!

We were overwhelmed by the friendly helpful staff. Even before we left Australia, Campbell, in particular (an Aussie) gave us such valuable help and information regarding visas and the necessary invitation letters and was SOOO patient when our plans changed and all the documentation had to be done again. The apartment was very comfortable, well equipped and clean with pleasant modern decor and in a handy position for a walk to Red Square. I would thoroughly recommend the apartments to anyone visiting Moscow. To have the assistance of staff who speak such good English makes the whole experience so much simpler.

This was my second time with them and again, the service was excellent and the appartment in a very good location. I had this time a studio with a very modern and nice decoration. It was quiet despite of the Novy Arbat avenue down the building.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable and warm. The staff were exceptionally helpful and nice. It had all the amenities and was situated in a very convenient location. Near to Metro station and within walking distance to Red Square.

its central location, free airport pick up and the equipment provided such as fridge freezer washing machine oven microwave stove cutlery utinsels toaster satellite tv wifi etc. the kitchen was fully loaded. nothing short felt just like i was home because everything was provided

although the apartment was fully renovated and in good condition, the building was quite old and didnot have a grand/luxurious appeal to it.

We were group of 4 friends stayed at Moscow Suites Apartment - kiwi. Had an excellent time, clean rooms, helpful and friendly staff, hassle-free Check-in & Check-Out. The best feature of the apartment was location. On the beautiful & busy Novvy Arbat street with 24 hours restaurants, atms, and groceries. Its definitely worth your stay in Moscow.

It would be very helpful if staff could make bookings (trains/tours/guides) for guest.

We stayed 5 nights at the Cream Apartment. It well deserves the opinions we reviewed prior to our stay. Very nice living room, spacious kitchen with all appliances necessary, nice bedroom and ok bathroom. The view from our windows was really great, particularily at night. Tv sets in both rooms and in the kitchen, dvd player and wi-fi are also available. The nearest metro station is within 10-15 minutes walk on Noviy Arbat in both directions.Many shops and restaurants can be found in the neighbourhood. Noise from the streets was a non-issue, although it is truly a busy area.The staff was very freindly and helpful too. I definitely can recommend this place.

We couldn't find a drying rack which was on the list of equipment available

It all was very well organised from booking, airport pickups, welcome on arrival and support. I would hightly recommend it for a central Moscow good value stay.

My family of four persons stayed in the Apartments Arbat for three nights in Mid-July this summer. We arrived at Lenigradsky Vokzal from St. Petersburg at 11: 35 P.M. and was picked up then transfered promptly to the Apartments. Thanks to Mr. Campbell who explained clearly and thoroughly about the facilities available inside the apartment and the interesting site seeing locations nearby the Arbat including a 24 hours supermarket. The building was one of a group construction in 1960'S. They all turned into beautiful color changing neon lights decorations during the nights and became the icons of the Arbat in the busy street. To my surprise three of the Seven Sisters Architectural Buildings were in the view where we lived at the 17th floor. The nearest metro station Arbatskaya was within ten minutes walking distance. It was an interchange station for four metro lines. Kremlin, Red Square and Tverskoy were only one metro station away. We joined the Moscow River Cruise which was only two metro stations away at the Kievskaya station. I suggested walking down the ul Novy Arbat street to the Kremlin bridge tower where the nearest ticket offices located.The famous old street ul Arbat was within walking distance. We followed Mr. Campbell's suggestion to take a surburban train to the Seigiev Posad, one of the Gold Ring old Town, from the Yaroslavsky Vokzal which was the easiest way to get there. For eating out we enjoyed different cusines down the nearby ul Novy Arbat and ul Arbat Streets and at the Tverskyoy.On the last day we were transferred to the Sheremtyevo Airport by car in 45 minutes. This was the first time we visited St. Petersburg and Moscow and We all enjoyed staying in Moscow Suites Apartment Arbat.

The best things about Moscow Suites Apartment Arbat were 1) the service responsive provided by the staff. They were great and very willing to help. 2) The apartment was very nice and location was just perfect close to attractions, restaurants and the underground. I highly recommend this place and company to anyone staying in Moscow.

Initial view of the building took us by surprise but once inside the apartment, we quickly warmed up to the place, location and service.

The location was excellent for restaurants, shopping, there were two metro stations within a 5-10 minute walk, and the Kremlin and Red Square were only 20 minutes away if we decided to walk. They can also arrange for someone to take back to the airport. When I make another trip to Moscow I will probably stay in these apartments again. (Included was a washing machine, drying rack, tv/dvd, stove, toaster, and full size refrigerator)

The only negative thing I can say is that we never had our towels changed in the bathroom during our 9 day stay and were afraid they would not fully dry by the next morning. Be extra cautious about it and bring an extra just in case.

Excellent choice if you do not want to pay the mind boggling prices of Moscow hotels, but still want to stay fairly close to the Kremlin ( Moscow is an extraordinarily spread out city and distances are immense). Walk to the Kremlin takes about 30 minutes. We had a 17 year old daughter with us and wanted to avoid having to book 2 overpriced hotel rooms. The lobby, elevator and hallway were in the process of undergoing renovation. Walls and floors were torn up but no workers apparent during our stay. When first being led up to the room, the impression is alarming. Inside the apartment is lovely and new, and very spacious. There is a small grocery store around the corner and a coffee shop being renovated on the ground floor. The apartments are on Noviy Arbat, a busy shopping street with a huge choice of cafes and restaurants. Moscow suites also offers free transport one way from the airport. You can arrange for a guide, ( a guide in Moscow is highly recommended). The off premise staff was very responsive.

Lobby, elevators and hallways looked like a slum. Location is good, not great.

There is a difference of opinion between the Booking.com description of the suites and what is provided by Moscow Suites Apartments, we booked a deluxe studio apartment on a upper floor with panoramic city view quoted at 6000 rubles a night, what we received was a ground floor standard studio apartment looking out on the street, on could not open the blinds due to the people walking by and looking in. According the deluxe studio apartment demands a daily rate in excess of the 6000 rubles, plus they had no deluxe studio suites available. The information we received from Booking.com indicated that Moscow Suites Apartments offered free airport and train station transfers for guests staying 3 nights or longer, (We stayed 8 nights) this is not correct, they only offer a single transfer on arrival, the departure transfer to airport or train station is the responsibly which costs 2000 rubles.

Moscow apartments collected us from the airport, the driver was a man of few words, but courteously carried our bags and drove safely. We were greeted at the apartment by Ksenia who speaks perfect English and arranged to store our bags since we arrived early in the morning, well beofre check-in time. She was helpful and explained the local area and where to find things including banks and local sim cards etc. We returned later to check-in and were greeted by Campbell who also speaks perfect English and explained all the apartment facilities and locale. The stayed in their "Apartment Olive". The interior is well appointed and is exactly how it is depicted in the web photos. The furnishings were comfortable and everthing you can think f is included, fast wif-fi, lcd cable tv comy beds and sofas, good shower nd bathroom and kitchen facitlites. When we fell victim to Moscow's busy train system (all trains were full until mid-nite), Campbell offered a late check-out and met us at the apartment at 9pm allowing us to enjoy the whole day in Moscow. Could not find faultwith the service or the apartment. Highly recommended. Mei & David - Australia

The best thing about the apartment is its fantastic location, right in the midst of a bustling street of central moscow, with lots of restaurants, bars and cafes around, even the famous sightseeing of moscow like kremlin n red square are nearby. Apartment Manager Campbell was extremely helpful.

Inside the apartment is nice but the building from outside is really very old n shabby looking.

Reservations team was excellent- good communications, and honest service - they double charged me and contacted me promptly. Big apartment.

The cream apartment was frankly filthy and untidy. I could not believe we paid gbp 600 for 2 nights at this place. The bathroom look like it had a blood stain, the drapes were not all hooked properly and the tv in the main bedroom was askew. Little touches like this would have made it looked decent. There was a cockroach in the kitchen. The building indeed is run down, hard to find, and the lobby has a Russian speaking person who does not understand a word of English. Lobby is filthy looking. Great on a budget but not suitable for business or for senior executives.

The apartments are very comfortable and Moscow Suites staff is very friendly and helpful. Good location close to many interesting touristic sites.

Beware that privacy can be limited sometimes. In my neighbouring apartment I had (fortunatly only for one night) three men with one prostitute, and it was really noisy porn until the early morning hours, which I could even not escape with earplugs. If you do not like these kind of things, better not take the risk.

The location of the apartment was very nice. The place was quite and gave the guest all the privacy to unwind. The apartment was well furnished with modern amenities and state of the art entertainment. The view was the most amazing feature. The windows are ceiling high and captures the enitre skyline giving a very open and airy feel to the apartment.

It would be nice if there were more TV channels showing english programs.
