Outside of the rooms, the lovely public areas are grand but also intimate. Energize at the 24-hour gym. Rejuvenate at the sauna, and with a massage. Follow all with a refreshing dip in the pool. Relax afterwards with a drink beneath the beautiful glass-roof of the atrium lobby bar. Just moments away, shop for high-quality cosmetics. Останавливались на романтический уик-энд в апреле, все понравилось. Небольшие ремонтные работы в отеле (шум иногда) не доставили никакого дискомфорта. Особо хотелось бы отметить персонал, очень доброжелательны! Моментально разрешили вопрос с химчисткой, бокалами и льдом в номер) без напоминаний! В номерах чисто, очень удобная кровать и постельное белье. Месторасположение - не более 5 минут пешком от аэроэкспресса и белорусского вокзала. Цена за номер тоже порадовала. Обязательно отдохнем в этом отеле снова. Небольшие номера, вид из окна отсутствует. Нет собственного бассейна, однако предлагают воспользоваться спа в Гранд Мариотте (бесплатно). При заселении не помогли с багажом, никого не было. Но при выезде провожали до улицы.

emplacement idéal quand on voyage via l'aéroport sheremetievo, très simple d'accès, personnel accueillant et maîtrisant bien l'anglais (loin d'être une évidence à Moscou). Je recommande! Rien, vraiment !

хорошее месторасположение. ресепшен работает круглосуточно. возможен поздний выезд. положительных моментов, больше чем отрицательных. в номере было довольно-таки прохладно, можно даже сказать холодно.

Портье едет в одном лифте с гостями, телевизор в номере делюкс вставили ненавязчиво в какой то шкаф, что смотреть его можно только с кресла, хотя номер расчитан на двоих, таким образом его нужно смотреть поочереди :), в номере отсутствовали наборы для чистки зубов, когда мы попросили их принести, принесли почему то всего один, хотя зарегистрированно два человека. Отсутствовала губка или салфетка для обуви, небыли предложены халаты.Персонал по обслуживанию минибара вламывается в номер без стука, хотя есть и телефон и язык в крайнем случае.

Отличное расположение, тишина, несмотря на Тверскую (!), услужливый персонал, потрясающие завтраки! Не были предупреждены, что детям, проживающим бесплатно, необходимо оплачивать завтрак отдельно (для взрослых завтрак входил в стоимость). Но вообще - это мелочи по сравнению с положительным впечатлением от отеля в целом.
