Transportation convenience and comfort Reception clerk promised to wake us up in the morning but failed to do this. Registration of our immigration cards was not performed in time for checking out. |

Concierge 5star: the taxi to the airport was only 950 roubles; to order ballet tickets they didn't charged any fee (but it wasn't at the Marinsky); restaurant quality-price was very good; the Metro station is only at 50 meters; at 25meters there's a nice italian restaurant with very good quality-price rate; at 15 meters there's a nice supermarket. I didn't know that i had to pay +-100roubles/person for an information that the hotel has to send to some ministry. |

West-European quality level of services and facilities, situated next to Metro and Supermarket, a good price/quality ratio Meeting at the airport went wrong because we were not informed that Holiday Inn and Moskovskie Vorota are identical. Missed a cold water (ice cubes) dispenser on the floor |

The hotel had excellent visitor ratings but still it was a positive surprise. At an economy price I succeeded to get a luxury room that could be called a suite. Very positive experience indeed. The only negative thing was that personnel forgot to return my passport in the morning. This led to some extra travelling during the day. |

The room is very nice and large, with a nice view outside. The bed and the pillows so comfortable. The supermarket at the corner open every day and til' 11:00PM. The proximity to the metro station. 2 computers with free internet on the hall (if you are patient). Breakfast is too expensive, but you can accomodate by going to the supermarket at the corner or to the kiosks where the metro station is. Too many people sometimes, so the hall looks a bit chaotic. |

Rooms - excellent design and very comfortable. Another advantage proximity of metro station. Very crowded at the reception and breakfast restaurant due to masses of tourists. I could not find the swimming pool. Difficult to cool down the room, but this should not be a problem thru the rest of the year. |

The hotel is close to city center, very clean, modern comfort, we got very nice room on the 17th floor with nice view after asking to change the previous one which was facing the construction side. I coul see Issak cathedral clearly from our room As I mentioned already our first room was facing the construcion side and it was noisy since 8 am, so If you dont want to face the workers as soon as you open the window curtains, ask to change your room immediately if it s facing the side of construction |

location and friendly staff, cleaniless, good undergroung parking, subway station just 1 minute from the hotel, hotel still not finished 100%, looking for attestation from Holiday Inn, seems that some of the fire-exits unfinished and long corridors - distance of my room (almost last room on the floor) longest in my experience from elevators. Please don't charge additional money for using internet in rooms.Air-conditioning little bit noisy - NB! All of my comments are just notices for improvement, we were still satisfied.Thank you! |

The hotel has a good location near the subway. Rooms are new and have an excellent design. They charged us extra money after the checkout for a vodka from the minibar. But later when we asked them to check the minibar again, they found it and cancelled the charging. |

The location is great, direct access to the city center with a subway, the trip takes 7 minutes + 2 minutes walk from the holtel to the subway station. Great location. When asked the concierge to order me a normal city taxi, he refused to do so, as he could only order a hotel taxi. The hotel taxi to Ermitage costed 950RUB, while a city one 400RUB. So you compare yourself. |
