Holiday Inn Moskovskie Vorota

Excelente ubicación.A dos minutos de una parada de metro que lleva al centro de San petersburgo (a cuatro estaciones). Muy nuevo. Limpio. Pertenece a la cadena hotelera Holiday Inn

Tiene lo bueno y lo malo de un hotel enorme.

Está muy cerca del metro que va a los lugares más importantes de la ciudad.

Demasiado grande. El ruido por la mañana de una obra que hay justo al lado. No incluye desayuno.

Es nuevo, con alcohobas grandes. Tiene el metro al frente y llegas al centro en 15 min.

Es muy costoso y el desayuno tambien.

El hotel es nuevo y las habitaciones son amplias y muy cómodas, con una decoración sencilla y moderna; el baño también es amplio y moderno, con suelo calefactado, muy agradable. El desayuno es variado y bastante completo. El hotel está al lado de una parada de metro, por lo que se tarda muy poco en llegar al centro de la ciudad.

El personal no es antipático, pero tampoco especialmente amable. Hay pocos artículos de baño. El restaurante tiene una carta escasa y más bien cara. El servicio es lento (aunque es algo habitual en Rusia). No hay piscina ni gimnasio (al contrario de lo que figura en la descripción del hotel); quizá las obras que había en la planta baja correspondan a estas instalaciones.

I like the design and clenliness of the rooms. Also, there are a good choice of restaurants and bars in the hotel. The view from the window was also very good.

Transportation convenience and comfort

Reception clerk promised to wake us up in the morning but failed to do this. Registration of our immigration cards was not performed in time for checking out.

Concierge 5star: the taxi to the airport was only 950 roubles; to order ballet tickets they didn't charged any fee (but it wasn't at the Marinsky); restaurant quality-price was very good; the Metro station is only at 50 meters; at 25meters there's a nice italian restaurant with very good quality-price rate; at 15 meters there's a nice supermarket.

I didn't know that i had to pay +-100roubles/person for an information that the hotel has to send to some ministry.

The hotel had excellent visitor ratings but still it was a positive surprise. At an economy price I succeeded to get a luxury room that could be called a suite. Very positive experience indeed.

The only negative thing was that personnel forgot to return my passport in the morning. This led to some extra travelling during the day.

The room is very nice and large, with a nice view outside. The bed and the pillows so comfortable. The supermarket at the corner open every day and til' 11:00PM. The proximity to the metro station. 2 computers with free internet on the hall (if you are patient).

Breakfast is too expensive, but you can accomodate by going to the supermarket at the corner or to the kiosks where the metro station is. Too many people sometimes, so the hall looks a bit chaotic.

I did not like that there were no refregerator in the room and no swimming pool in the hotel

location and friendly staff, cleaniless, good undergroung parking, subway station just 1 minute from the hotel,

hotel still not finished 100%, looking for attestation from Holiday Inn, seems that some of the fire-exits unfinished and long corridors - distance of my room (almost last room on the floor) longest in my experience from elevators. Please don't charge additional money for using internet in rooms.Air-conditioning little bit noisy - NB! All of my comments are just notices for improvement, we were still satisfied.Thank you!
