расположение, чистота еда, отсутствуют дополнительные услуги (прорекламированные на странице отеля бассейн и сауна - в отдельном, не принадлежащем отелю, здании за отдельную плату, мелочь - а неприятно)

Отель расположен рядом с биатлонным стадионом и подъемниками, рядом сосны, бегают белочки. В первый день не работал интернет, вместо душевой кабинки занавеска и отверстие в полу, сантехника скромная, телевизор "круглый", нет сейфа, отлично слышно соседей.

Обычный отель, ничего особенного Номер комфорт так себе - маленький телевизор, 1,5-спальная кровать, ванная комната удивила отсутствием душевой кабины-про дырка в полу и шторка от брызг, шумоизоляция посредственная - был слышен храп в соседнем номере, опять платный интернет... За все отдал 3,900 рублей, одну ночь переносевать можно, но не более
