The location is amazing and made the trip so much easier with our 10 month old. Breakfast dining room location was fantastic, overlooking the Kremlin. From the front door to the room and restaurant, the staff were very helpful. |

Sfeervol, internationaal hotel, prachtige kamers en goed ontbijt. Vooral de plek van het hotel is fantastisch. Het was veel te warm binnen, en tussen oktober en maart kan de airco niet aan. We hebben nogal wat moeten zeuren en onderhandelen voordat er aan de binnenplaats een raam openmocht. Niet erg leuk om 1am. |

Место расположение - отличное. Кухня - великолепная Работа персонала (на ресепшене, консъержи, бел бои) - плохо. (нужно 5 раз просить, чтобы вызвали такси, а не своих "такси"). Не обеспечивают сервис по доставке багажа в номер. Работает система двойных стандартов. В номерах - отвратительная ситема кондиционирования воздуха. |
