The hotel location is very good, near the main touristic points, and the staff is very kind and helpful. The hotel should manage to better adequate its entrance, the first impression is awful. Despite this, the hotel is very good. Be aware if you have heavy luggage, or locomotion disabilities: there is no lift to the rooms. |

The reception staff were very helpful. WiFi was very useful, and there was also a free hotel computer with internet access. The room was very small for a twin, with little space to put things down. Breakfast accommodation was a problem, only six tables in a corridor situation for the more than 30 rooms, the buffet in a small sideroom, and only one staff member both providing the food, clearing the tables, and washing the pots. Simply - it did not work, and the only solution was to be there very early, or very late |

inmejorable emplazamiento, a 5min del Hermitage, 10min de la catedral de San Isaac, a 1min de la catedral de Kazaan, 1min de la iglesia del Salvador....Además, de lo mejor en cuanto a calidad/precio si lo comparamos con el resto de hoteles en St. Petersburgo desayuno flojito y se sirve en mitad de un pasillo. |

Hotellin sijainti on erinomainen lähellä uutta Suomi-taloa, keskustan kauppoja ja nähtävyyksiä. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä, huone siisti ja rauhallinen. Myös aamiainen oli runsas venäläiseksi aamiaiseksi. Aamiainen tarjoillaan naapurihotellissa. Hotelli ei sovi liikuntaesteiselle, huoneet ovat ylemmissä kerroksissa eikä hotellissa ole hissiä. |

Я и супруга привезли в Питер ребенка -инвалида детства на консультацию в институт Мозга.Номер крохотный, и для размещения 3человека места практически нет,но впихнули нам раскладушку ; из-за тесноты номера,обслуживающий персонал недoразложил ноги этой кровати в изголовье ,они подогнулись, когда жена решила прилечь отдохнуть с дороги.Tenepь y нее сотрясение мозга и подкожная гематoma. Yжас! Y нас - родителей 17 - летнего инвалида уже нет сил жить, не то что жаловаться. Но разве отель не несет ответственности в данном случае ? |
