The location is perfect. The staff are very helpful. We stayed in the room on the ground floor. We woke up during the night because we heard voices and showering sound from the next room, just like they were talking and showering in our room which war very unpleasant. |

the hotel is located perfectly, right in the heart of S.P attractions most of the stuff do not speak English, there was some bad smell in the hotel, you have to go through an alley to get into the hotel.Small rooms. |

Good Price/Commodities. Free WiFi Rennovate the entrance, especially for the rooms outside from the main building. For these rooms, there is no WiFi available from Nevsky Aster |

The hotel location is very good, near the main touristic points, and the staff is very kind and helpful. The hotel should manage to better adequate its entrance, the first impression is awful. Despite this, the hotel is very good. Be aware if you have heavy luggage, or locomotion disabilities: there is no lift to the rooms. |

Het hotel is in gelegen nabij de hoofdstraat van St Petersburg dus een ideale lokatie om de stad te bezichtigen. Het metro station is op 5 a 10 minuten wandelen. |

Proximité des centres d'intérêt Le personnel, incompétent, mal aimable. Chambre pas propre alors que réservation effectuée, pas de communication entre les membres du personnel, impossibilité de passer un appel local parce check out effectué, une fois payé on n'est plus guest !!! |

Низкая цена, дружелюбный персонал, удобное расположение (рядом с метро и недалеко от основных достопримечательностей)/Low price, amiable staff, cosy location (close to metro and main sights of the town). Был разочарован размером номера - очень маленький, было тесновато на завтраке в кафе гостиницы/ Has been dissappointed by room size - very small, has been crowded in a cafe at breakfast. |

Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo per l'estrema vicinanza al centro della città. Buona colazione. Buona pulizia delle camere. La nostra camera era in un ala dell'hotel non connessa all'ala principale e, probabilmente a causa di lavori di ristrutturazione l'ingresso era orribile, sporco e mal tenuto. La camera era piena di zanzare e solo l'ultima sera abbiamo trovato, nascosto in un cassetto, un antizanzare elettrico, ma finito! |

Нам все очень понравилось: доброжелательный персонал, чистый номер, тихо и удобно. В номере (у нас был твин) спокойно влезла третья кровать для ребенка. Может быть, стоит несколько разнообразить завтрак - выпечка и пр. |

Emplacement très central, bien situé proche des principaux points d'intérêts, comme le musée de l'Hermitage et l'avenue Newsky Prospect. Chambre très confortable, spacieuse et bien équipée. L'Hotel est en travaux, la chambre était au 4eme étage sans ascenseur. La cage d'escalier en travaux aussi. |

Hôtel très bien placé en plein centre de saint Petersbourg et très calme. Chambre un peu petite mais vu que c'est que pour dormir, ce n'est pas un problème. |

отель находится в самом центре СПб, 10 минут от дворцовой площади. отель новый и читсый. Очень хороший завтрак - шведский стол. уютные номера. Отель находится во дворе дома, стоящего буквой "П", ресепшн, буфет и некоторые номера находятся в самом отеле, а меня поселили в номер, вход в который осуществляется через жилой подъезд с комуналками. Заходить, если честно, было страшно, т.к. подъезд просто жуткий и обшарпанный, бегом через этажи с комуналками взбиралась на последний этаж, где приложив ключ к домофону, можно попасть на этаж с номерами. На этаже нет телефона, и когда у меня разблокировался поздно вечером ключ, весь этот ужасный путь пришлось проделывать дважды! |

Быстрое заселение, тихий двор, удобные кровати, чистота в номере, смена полотенец каждый день Не работал кондиционер, особенно душно было по утрам, когда солнце успевало прогреть двор. Вентилятор не помогал. Скудный завтрак. При заявленном времени завтрака с 8 до 11, уже в 10 почти ничего не оставалось. Соки не пополнялись. В целом чувствовалось, что персонал больше ориентирован на обслуживание клиентов-иностранцев, а не соотечественников. |

Отель очеь понравился. Находиться в самом центре, приветливый персонал,уобны номера, вменяемые цены. Вот только завтрак никакой. |
