Nevsky Contour Hotel

Location is very good, just in the city centre. The staff is very helpful. We booked early arrival but came late due to train delay and they didn't charge us for it. And they also gave us a spacious triple room though we had booked a standard twin!

The free morning breakfast was very good. The staff was kind and helpful. Rooms cleaned daily. You walk out onto the main street near many attractions.

amazing location, very close to metro and public transport, right on Nevsky Prospekt, staff was friendly, not expensive. Small rooms but design is nice and makes you feel comfortable. We booked two rooms but our friend couldn't go with us and when we arrived they let us cancel our second booking without a charge.

I couldn't log in to hotel's wifi. It was a little bit noisy in the street at night. My father stayed in another hotel but in the same building and he said it was noisy also. maybe there's a club or something. Well, it's possible to sleep though.

I thought the overall concept - one counter staff, simple self serve breaksfast, 13 rooms made it a pleasant and friendly stay

The location of the hotel was not as hard as many writing. The number 72 in the address - the number of flats (I think this is true for many other mini-hotels of St. Petersburg where the address is listed as 88-72). So, that looking for a house 88, and then you help the doorman at the entrance. In general, the hotel has made a pleasant impression. The rooms comfortable and clean. Staff very polite and responsive - no claim no. Breakfast is simple and unpretentious (toasts which can spread butter, jam or paste, quick cooking porridge, eggs, yogurt, corn flakes, tea, coffee, juices). Of the minor drawbacks: broken remote control from the TV and we do not replenished disposable kit for shower gels and shampoos. If all guests will have breakfas

Location was accesible to main street and close to train station as well as main attractions.Buffet breakfast was substantial and good. Service staff was always accomodative and pleasant.

No air-conditioning which meant that windows and doors (no netting) had to be opened and thus mosquitoes bit us. Lift was too small and old.

Room was renewed and very clean. Staff was very nice and speaks English (important when you choose a Hotel in Russia). Hotel was situated in a kind of backyard, and although in the center was very quiet. It´s important to know that the entrance of the hotel is the entrance of hotel Anabel, it doesn´t say Nevsky Contour in the entrance.

They didn´t have internet available, but there´s a net cafe 2 minutes walking from the hotel.

The hotel is located at very convenient place with easy access to major touring places.

L'hôtel est très propre et très calme malgré la proximité de l'avenue la plus fréquentée de la ville. Le personnel extrêment sympatique, discret et serviable parle anglais.

Il manque une plaque à l'extérieur pour indiquer où se situe l'hotel (au fond de la cours à gauche au 3è étage). Le buffet du petit déjeuner mériterait d'être plus varié.
