On the begining, workers were friendly, but at the end, they tried to cheat us when we asked for a taxi to go to the aiport. They asked us for 1300 rb when in the train station (50 m from the hotel) was 900 rb!!! The worker from the hotel said that with the difference (400 rb, almost 10 Eur.) we would pay the security. They play with the worried of the people!!! The distance, it´s one hour walking to the Hermitage!!! People said it was in the center, but it´s not exactly in the center. Really, we spent one hour walking (quite fast) each day to go to the Hermitage and to the river. |

Очень удобно, сойдя с поезда, оказаться сразу же в обстановке маленького европейского отеля, в котором чисто, довольно комфортно для тех людей среднего достатка, кто хочет провести несколько дней в Питере по делу, но с желанием соприкоснуться с великим городом. |

Поселение быстрое,нет навязчивой уборки, уборщицы очень тактичные, чистота в номере. Есть выход в интернет, что очень удобно. Помощь занести багаж. Отель расположен на втором этаже, портье нет, никто не помогает. Немного рассеянный персонал. В номере нет холодильника. |

het ontbijt was matig en ook de ontbijtruimte. Er was een shuttle in de vorm van een taxi die je zelf moest betalen, dat is geen transferservice van het hotel. De omschrijving, op de website, van dit hotel klopt niet. Ik zou het wel aanraden maar mijn vrienden zeggen wat ze kunnen verwachten, geen comfortable hotel. |

la posizione dell'hotel è favorevole e ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è buono. E' vicina la stazione dei treni e la metro. La stanza era su un pianerottolo comune con altre abitazioni estranee all'hotel.La finestra della camera era sulla strada principale per cui si sentiva qualche rumore ma accettabile. |

Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum von Sankt Petersburg. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr bescheiden. Man hätte z. B. statt der kalten und hart gekochten Eiern ohne einen großen Aufwand Spiegelei oder Rührei anbieten können. Außerdem sollte man statt nur Toastbrot auch ein normales russisches Brot anbieten. |
