Staff and location.

We lived on the 4th floor. Our room was next to the room for the staff and it was very noisy, because there all the time someone went in and out. And we've heard it all.

Very friendly staff, great location, possibility to stay a little bit longer on the chek out day or leave your baggage to them as long as you need at the hotel.

Beakfast has very little vegetables! It is important for European people to eat enough vegetables...tomatoes, paprika, cucumbers, salad. The windows in the room,at the outside were very dirty. Couldn't see Nevskiy Prospekt..

Location is amazing: 5-minute walk from the train station and right in the heart of Nevskii Prospekt. The rooms are big and comfortable.

The only thing I didn't like was the flight of stairs leading to the reception. It's kind of a turndown when you arrive tired, but by no means a reason not to stay there.

The location is just perfect as the metro is just next to the hotel.The staffs are very friendly and you can use fax and photocopy without any charge.

Not able to walk with bare foot in the room as the floor is dirty because there is no carpet in the room. The mattress is soft cause back pain on me as I am in middle age group.

Very nice room/suite, not sure if all basic rooms are like that of if I got upgraded, but I had separate bedroom and living-room. Nice bathroom with SPA bath tub.

Excellent service, super clean, nice breakfast & most important well behaved helping english speaking staff.

The lift is very slow & name of the hotel is not vible at once.

Nothing bad to say, service is perfect, hotell stuff is very friendly. They offer homemade cranberry liqueur, very nice, must try!

Hard to find if you walk on the same side where hotel is located because there are no any sign which you can spot from far distance. Stairway is a challenge as well. Only that.

Parking and main entrance are well hidden, so visitors surely get lost...

I liked the stuff. They were friendly and helpfull. I didn't like the bed, it was very uncomfortable. The hotel is quite good for city trip, 'cause it's in the centre.

In city center near to Hermitage

Expensive but poor about breakfast,room size and TV are small also lobby.

Everything is just perfect!

The staff was simply amazing — warm, friendly and very helpful. At one point they intervened to help make sure we were able to attend the ballet even though our tickets were lost. Typical of their dedication. Wonderful small hotel.

Great central location. Fantastic staff, easy to communicate in English.
