The reception staff were excellent both before and during the trip in organising visas, taxis etc. The location was good and the rooms were fine. Only one bizarre incident when we were told rather rudely that food was unavailable when we had previously been told it would be. |

Excellent location on main street. Deluxe room was very comfortable and spacious with a heated bathroom floor. Rates include breakfast which is a nice little buffet with possibility to have english breakfast as well. Staff is helpful and friendly. Highly recommended as it's not too expensive for a city like St Petersburg. If we go there again, we will def. opt for Nevsky Forum hotel |

Only breakfast which offers achoice of 4 hot discs beyond our expectation. The location in the middle of the shopping street is great. The services are very poor. Staff do not have service mind. Do not provide Bathroom supplies daily.When we asked for it, They want to charge us. |

Extremely good value for money. Wonderful staff, location. Room was small, but comfortable. And breakfast was wonderful. Colour of the front door. Looks like a sex-shop. |

Staff were among the best I have ever encountered. Luggage did not arrive at airport, staff made sure we had the necessary toiletries for the night and took charge of calling airport to find our luggage. Room facilities were fine. Location is good. Breakfast was good |

Most of the staff were helpful and friendly. Laundry service was a bit expensive though. It quotes one price on the laundry form but this doesn't include ironing. The cost of ironing nearly doubled the bill. A bit misleading. |

I liked very much the confort that the hotel had, we had a great stay. The bed was big, the bathroom was big enough, with slippers and bath roab. Thne cleaning of the room was excelent, we were very satisfied. I didn't like that the people were not speaking English, the receptionist was the only person in the hotel that was speaking English. |

Boutique hotel; very clean. Very well situated for sightseeing, shopping and eating. Staff courteous and generally spoke English well. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others. |

Hotel staff are excellent and very friendly, service is great, however the small size of rooms and the basic set-up of the hotel as a whole does not look like a four star hotel in any western country. |

On Nevsky prospect, Fair breakfast, Desk clerc - Named Maria - gave great service. Clean and quiet. No help to carry the bags over the many stairs to climb. very simple shower, The 2 bottles are served to the room only for the first day, Need to change for every day! |

Завтраки, очень чисто, уютный небольшой номер, хорошое местораположение Необходимо лучше ухаживать и обслуживать отельное такси, мы им пользовались у машины даже не открывался капот, что бы залить в бачок воду, и дворники плохо чистили лобовое стекло, водитель ничего не видел. Так же мне кажется, что розовая дверь входной двери портит первое впечатление о гостинице, немного безвкусно. |
