Unkompliziertes, ausgesprochen freundliches Personal an der Rezeption. Zum Beispiel: Früherer Check-In und späterer Check-Out kein Problem. Wir konnten aus drei Zimmern auswählen, welches uns am besten gefiel. Internet kostenlos und Ausdrucken von Mails für wenige Cents. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Die Lage ist hervorragend, die Zimmer zur Hofseite leise. Booking.com liegt 20 % unter dem Preis, den man vor Ort bekommt. Wer geizig ist im Urlaub, kann natürlich auch billiger wohnen in St.Petersburg. Aber wir würden wieder so buchen und wir würden dort wieder übernachten. Die Zimmer zur ruhigen Hofseite sind relativ klein. |

The Nevsky Grand Hotel is located at the heart of St. Petersburg. Along the Nevsky Prospekt, however in a quiet side street, you will get both an excellent location along with great staff and cozy accommodations. the hotel is rather small, so there isn't much to do there in the after hours. The restaurant is open in the evenings but not too late, so for evening entertainment you need to get out of the hotel. |

The staff was quite friendly. The hotel has a modern design inside, it's a beautiful place to stay at with perfect location for a city tour, close to downtown.Good and well stocked breakfast buffet. |

The hotel is perfectly located at the heart of St. Petersburg, less than a minute from Nevsky Prospekt, 6-7 minutes walk from the Hermitage and from the Metro station. The room was comfortable and clean, and we were surprised to find a free internet point and water refill. |

Very good location, only a few minutes walking from Hermitage. Good breakfast. Breakfastroom was to busy. Rooms are very small. I let my clothes to be washed. 4 T-shirts, 4 underpants and 4 pairs of socks. I had to pay €35,- for it. It was cheaper to buy it new. |

I was actually suprised that I can use booking.com for trips within Russia. As to the hotel - the hotel is pretty small but located in the heart of SPb. Perhaps it would not suit people taking city trips only to enjoy hotel views and facilities, but is a decent place for those who like lenghy walks around the city (the location of the hotel is superb - a few minutes walk from Winter palace, Neva river and other points of interest) and returning to the hotel only for a nap. The rooms are quite small but clean and confortable. Our room was on the second floor just opposit the reception desk, we had no problem with the shower and no complaints about the noise (including noise from neighbouring rooms). We missed the breakfast so can't tell anything re quality of the food Probably, slightly overpriced for a hotel of this category (standard room rates, without discounts from booking.com or analogous sites). Otherwise ok for a short stay. |

Really great location, only a few metres from Nevsky Prospekt, and five minutes from the Hermitage etc. Beds were comfortable. Room was small and basic but adequate, I guess. Breakfast was inedible (stale rolls, some indentifiable hot stuff) and so crowded we had to go away and come back when some tables were free. After the first day we didn't bother with breakfast, it wasn't worth the hassle. The rooms were VERY noisy. We could literally hear every word our neighbours said, even hear them brushing their teeth (and everything else ! |

Perfect location near Nevsky Street (with a lot of restaurants and coffes), near Nevsky Metro Station and near to all the most important monuments, to visit them walking. Ok quality-price. There are a private dining room for clients with water and Internet. There are a good change house at the same street. It isn't a problem that the reception is at second floor, there are elevator. The third day, the bed comes not comfortable. There aren't international TV channels and fridge inside the rooms. At second and third day, the breakfast continue being the same and becomes not so much succulent. |

The Staff was very helpfull but need to improve their english skills. The breakfast buffet was quiet good. The rooms at the 5th floor are to loud! I believe the isolation between the rooms are poore. You can hear every word your room neighbour is talking about, so you can not fully relax and you feel unaesy!!! |

Great location central St Petersburg, about 5min walk to the Hermitage. Nevsky Prospect at end of road very good for shopping. Good choice for Breakfast incorporated a good restaurant. Staff were polite friendly and helpful and spoke very good English. Only one little grip was that the room was a bit small, being 6ft6in tall i had to watch my head! Rooms very clean and good facilities. |
