Great location in St. Petersburg. Room was good and breakfast was good.

Perfect location near Nevsky Street (with a lot of restaurants and coffes), near Nevsky Metro Station and near to all the most important monuments, to visit them walking. Ok quality-price. There are a private dining room for clients with water and Internet. There are a good change house at the same street. It isn't a problem that the reception is at second floor, there are elevator.

The third day, the bed comes not comfortable. There aren't international TV channels and fridge inside the rooms. At second and third day, the breakfast continue being the same and becomes not so much succulent.

The Staff was very helpfull but need to improve their english skills. The breakfast buffet was quiet good.

The rooms at the 5th floor are to loud! I believe the isolation between the rooms are poore. You can hear every word your room neighbour is talking about, so you can not fully relax and you feel unaesy!!!

Great location, in the very heart of the city. Clean rooms, good breakfast, reasonable price.

The building was not designed to be a hotel, that is why reception is located on the second floor in an isolated area, unlike in most of the hotels when one gets to the reception directly from the lobby. The same applies to bathroom, very small and fixed on some added platform so in order to get ther one has to climb a steep step, could be dangerous if wet and slippery.

The staff is very attentive and nice, the restaurant has a nice variety of dishes and low prices, the location is great.

Nicely positioned - just off (too) busy Nevski Prospekt with a stand of Teremok right opposite - excellent pancakes... Breakfast was excellent too.

The rooms were rather small but nicely furnished.

Немного не то что ожидалось. Нужно предоставлять на сайте больше информации и фотографии не лучших а стандартных номеров.

Отель расположен в пешеходной доступности до основных достопримечательностей города , что безусловный +, особенно если приезжаешь на короткое время. Номера очень (!!!) маленькие- что для нас было не так существенно, поскольку приходили только ночевать. Однако на наш взгляд, если номер оплачивать по открытой цене, то это несколько дороговато. В целом нас все устроило- без претензий на 3*. В следующий приезд, скорее всего остановимся снова в Nevsky Grand Hotel .
