Easy acess to the centre of the city, excellent polite and helpful staff at the office, they cannot be praised enough

Blown bulbs, poor information available, as map to the nearest facilities, poor cutlery and crockery, a two ring cooker where only one ring worked and no microwave or oven.

it was bad, because the transportation let us in the street and we take one hour to meet the entrance to the aparttment, and the entrance was very dirty, ugly and dark it looks dangerous but later someone tell us it was normaly and inside the appartment the were a bag with a dirty clothes and the aparttment was not realy clean, the internet never function and the sheet has a blood mark.

yes I don't like that you tell me one thing like the web show and it is so different in reality I was very angry at the beginning only the Xenia attention was very nice.

Location

The pictures show it nicer then it really is also from the pictures it is not clear which one of their properties you really are going to get. The place is ran down, the bed is not comfortable. But given that there are not that many option in St Petersburg this one can do. I recomend it with hesitation and only if better places in the area are not availabel.

Closeness to the centre

Described as a luxury apartment but the water did not work properly for two days and you could not describe it as luxury in any way

Huoneistossa ei ollut moittimista, mutta järjestäjä Mariarosetours ei toiminut rehdisti, vaan laskutti selvästi sille kuuluvia menoja asiakkaalta. Missään muualla Pietarissa ei esim. laskutettu luottokortin käytöstä. Toisaalta järjestäjä laskutti rekisteröinnistä, jota viikonloppumatkalla ei edes tarvita. Välittäjä siis toimi ahneesti ja se jätti ikävän maun matkalle.

Ruim appartement, schoon, prettige, moderne inrichting.

Website beloofde meer (superior) dan in feite werd geboden (standard). Moest daarom voor superior bijbetalen.Entree erg donker, shabby en vies. Onhandig dat je elders sleutel moet ophalen en betalen.

Мало постельного белья (некомплект) , нехватает одеял.
