Location is good, easy to get anywhere; the stuff was friendly. Food were very good but if you stay more then for 3 days there it would make you sick to eat the same every morning. You have to pay for each minute if you use Internet. It was awful smell in the bathroom. No tel. And refregirator in the room. Coffe wasn't good. One morning we did not have hot warter and tv did not work for last 2 days of my trip. |

Room was fine and clean. Excellent location in the downtown. Good price. Reception was in a completely different part of the building. If I understood correctly, they bought all the apartments in a building floor(s) and remade apartments into hotel rooms. That's OK, but caused a bit of "is our hotel in this building?" feeling |

Location of this hotel is very good and from the Finnish point of view, boss of the hotel can speak finnish. |

Good location (close to metro station and Moscow raiway station). Very nice interior - high ceilings, nice decorations on walls. absolutely perfect view to Nevsky Avenue. Rather good breakfast - rare thing in Russian hotels in this price segment (I've used vacation special price - it was an average price for hotels in Russia). Checkin time is not very comfortable for the hotel that is nearby railwaysation (majotity of trains arrive before 10 am... wait until 2 pm is not very good). |

Close to railway station to Moscow, and not far from Metro. Not all staff could speak in English. Rooms are very clean but there's mosquito in summer time, of course they provide the small mosquito-killer upon request. There's no elevator, so it's difficult for heavy luggage. Breakfast is very simple. Generally it's ok for staying a few days. |

I arrived late (just before midnight) due to flight time but the staff were still there to welcome me and set me up with my room - no trying to find someone etc which was really nice when you have just come off a long flight and want to get to your room. Room was small, but perfectly adequate with all the usual facilities which were all newish and in great condition. I was there to see the city not spend the time in my hotel room so the room was perfect for me. |

Удобное расположение (близко к вокзалу, легко найти), тихий, мирный отель на Невском, чисто, уютно! Особенно порадовал куллер с водой в коридоре - очень удобно) Прекрасно подходит для поездки на выходные с друзьями. отсутствие лифта и кондиционера в номере |

Отель расположен очень удачно и цена хорошая. Мне понравились администраторы - очень приветливые и это сразу поднимает настроение. Номер уютный, небольшой. |

Чистая, удобная гостиница за разумные деньги, расположенная недалеко от Московского вокзала. 1) Заселение не в 13 (как указано на booking.com), а в 14 часов. 2) Хорошо бы иметь возможность попросить электрочайник в номер. |

Очень скромный, но тихий и чистый номер с удобной кроватью. Идеальное месторасположение отеля, в 5 минутах пешком от Московкого вокзала, непосредственно на Невском. |

Pidin erityisesti hotellin keskeisestä sijainnista. Huone ja kylpuhuone olivat siistejä, suihku toimi. Venäläinen hotelli tarjosi kurjan aamiaisen, ei ollut tummaa leipää, jukurtti oli ylimakeaa tuontitavaraa erillispakatuissa pienissä purkeissa. |

A személyzet igen segítőkész volt, mindent megtettek, hogy jól érezzük magunkat. Az egyszerű reggelik jól megválasztottak, de szinte miden nap ugyan az volt, kis eltéréssel. |
