Breakfast very poor

Cosy, small, clear, high-ceilinged, brand new hotel. Not luxorious, but pleasant enough. Kettle, iron, ironing board are in the room. In the very downtown. One step from the supermarket. The interior is the living product-placement to IKEA.

Nice hotel, friendly staff speaks English. Location is not at the main street but not far from there. But traffic is terrible and be prepared to spend time to get the hotel in rush hours.

Seems nobody clears tracks/roads/streets from snow

This was my first trip to Russia, they organised a romantic meal, flowers and birthday cake for my partner, the hotel staff are amazing best i have met in all my years of travelling.The room was very comfortable and spacious and was cleaned to a very high standard each day, i was there for a week. If i go to Rostov i will always stay there. I had the basic double room.The hotel is three star with 5 star staff.It is located in a quiet back street and only 2 mins walk from main street with supermarket 1 minute. If you intend to visit Rostov for business or pleasure i would recomend this hotel to anyone. Nick Bevan UK Visitor

I was very impressed with the hotel. The staffs were very friendly and spoke fluent English so language wasn’t a problem. The room was very clean and well decorated as was the rest of the hotel. I was also impressed with the dining room! I will leave this for future visitor’s to find out about. I will defiantly be stopping again while I’m in Rostov on Don

Excellent location, literally in the heart of the city, but very calm as it's situated one street off the main roads. Staff friendly and welcoming. New room equipment.

The cheapest rooms are on the street level, so that you may have to close the curtains in order to prevent the possibility that persons from outside may look into your room. The hotel is situated in a backyard of a one-way street (which is good, in general!). But if you come from the opposite direction of the street (eg. by foot), you'll probabely miss the hotel, as the indicating sign is only visible from the other side. Breakfast should be better.

The hotel is excellent, especially - given its price. The most impressive thing was a very friendly and helpful stuff.

A good hotel, centrally located, near the park area, away from the street mains, the staff courteous and respectful, the hotel is clean.

On arrival at the hotel front desk told me that the hotel had the right to cancel your reservation confirmed, as was not able to block the funds to credit card. In my opinion, firstly, the issue should be resolved in advance of my arrival, and secondly, I shall be informed at least the day of booking about the problem, not a 4 days.

Great place for the money. We have paid much more money for a much worse quality in other hotels during our stay in Russia, so this one was a great surprise.Very nice staff, modern furnishing, clean comfortable rooms, in the very centre of the city - I would recommend this hotel to everybody,

I booked a standard room, which was located on the first floor, and it was very low. In this room you must install the blinds, as all have access pass to view the room.

Отличное месторасположение, в центре города, но тихо, рядом вход в парк.

На завтраке попросила сварить овсянку. Повариха ничтоже сумняшеся сварила мне её из испорченной крупы. Принесла и стала смотреть на мою реакцию.Я попробовала ложку, каша была с горьким и затхлым вкусом и запахом. Поморщилась и удивлённо посмотрела на повариху. Та с готовностью: "Испортилась, да? Мне вот тоже по запаху показалось, но я её ненавижу, поэтому не стала пробовать".

очень уютный отель в тихом дворике. номера достаточно комфортные, оформлены со вкусом, я бы сказал с претензией на бутик-отель.

отель "спрятан" внутри квартала, поэтому лучше заранее внимательно изучить местонахождения. завтрак достаточно скромный.
