The design of this hotel and comfort were unexpectivelly at the very high level!

Breakfest is very poor and doesn't match to the price...

The location is very convenient, the staff is friendly and positive, the facilities are good, the design is interesting. I'd stay there in case I'm in Suzdal once again. The best option in the city.

Breakfasts are all the same, The conditioner in the room was producing cold wind instead of warm. It was rather cold in the room. Not far from Kharchevnya - very good cafe.

The room was very clean and well furnished, and the hotel grounds were attractive. The staff was friendly enough and spoke English reasonably well. The breakfast was big and good. The hotel is located a bit far from the Kremlin -- probably about a 20 minute walk -- but it's doable. It took about an hour to walk to the bus station from the hotel, but it would be quicker if it weren't snowy. The Monastery of St. Euthymius is right across te street.

Heat in the room was very noisy. The cardio equipment in the gym was in poor condition or out of order and we had to pay 150 rubles to use it. One of the restaurants and the disco bar were closed -- hotel does not seem to be operating at full capacity in March. At the other restaurant, he service was very slow and some items were overpriced compared to other places in town.

Extremely relaxing and comfortable, very efficient staff, we enjoyed much more privacy than one big hotel. And the restaurants were all excellent with friendly staff.

Honestly, I liked everything.

The hotel is in an excellent location to explore the amazing town of Suzdal. Having booked a junier suite I found the room well apportioned and comfortable. A good selection of restaurants on site with menus including English translation; something you have to normally request and not alsways get in Russia. The whole ennvironment at the hotel is relaxing and the spa facilities are excellent.

Rooms and facilities look nice however quality of initial construction or maintenance are basic even in premium price rooms.

Suzdal is a fantastic place, well worth the time. The place is spotless and well located, the beds are comfortable.

The shower didn't work properly. It is one of the most expensive places to stay in Suzdal and I didn't think it was worth the price.

The room was very big.

Wifi that they provided couldn't be used. And when we told the problem, they cannot be fixed, need to wait till next day which we already checked out.

We stayed in a family room, and for a family of five (3 kids) that was the best accomodation (apart from our house, of course) we've ever had and we HAVE travelled a lot. The staff was friendly, maids invisible, yet always there when you needed them. We had breakfast at restaurant Kupecheskiy, which was ok but nothing extraodinary. As for the location, the hotel is situated just opposite Spaso-Evfimiev Monastery and it's a 20 minutes walk to the Kremlin (at a child's pace)

Sometimes there was a funny smell coming and going both on the territory of the hotel and in our bathroom (we did not produce it). I believe the time when guests can use the swimming pool for free can be extended, at least some night hours could be added.

It is really a good hotel, nice breakfast and good place.

Some staff is not polite enough. one is quite rude.

We stayed there one night. Friendly staff, clean room, good location. Not impeccable but very nice. The best in town, I think.

I liked the Level of the hotel and it's services. The hotel's design impressed on me.

in number didn't clean within 2 days of accommodation waiters don't speak English the menu of a breakfast would be to be improved qualitatively (to the European standard)
