Friendly staff, luxery interior design and furniture,rich breakfast,convinient location,good security .

Everything is very clean and comfortable, the staff is very polite, and the room was stylish and comfortable, the breakfast is also nice. The underground parking is a very convenient for those who came in the hotel by car.

Like the roman guy wrote before (managers)they made me wait at the lobby for three hours because I refuse to pay 2000 ruble extra even I will be staying for 8 days. Hotel was empty so my room was empty upstairs and I was at the lobby waiting if they didnt charge me all trip I leave that place immediately ,and natalia lied me about letting roman in the room after discussion, so if u arriving early dont stay there other things are also average I will try other hotels if I go ekaterinburg again the stuff other then managers are lovely thanks to them as well

Originally it was good designed but the service and cleareness is very poor. My room wasn't cleaned up, the dirty cups (i oredered tea in room) was stayed in room. Oooops!

It is my second time here. I like the design and the location. Fair room size and fair bed quality.

I arrived to the hotel at 6:30 and was asked to pay 100% for early check in. After a short conversation with the check in lady it was reduced to 50%. I didn't agreed with this as well as if there are free rooms at this hour, they should not have any problem to let me in in the same price as it is not something that they will sell till the official check in time at 15:00. Then I was promised that the front desk manager will talk to me and will solve the case for my satisfaction. At the end of the day nobody contacted me and I had to search for this manager, who appeared to be Natalia, that after a long conversation agreed no to charge me. It is a strange tradition from the Soviet times that the international hotel chains should fight with and to be an example for the Russian hotels how to be better and not the opposite. Instead of this, the international hotels become like the Russian ones. This should be changed as in the rest of the world where there are free rooms and the hotel can check in the customer before 15:00 they do it. If there are no rooms, normally people are waiting till the first rooms will be free and clean, however in this case more than one room was free and there were no other visitors at this hour. It is pity that such hotel should create bad shadow on the whole visit because of these attempts to get additional money, when the hotel in general is not cheap.

I expect the world Novotel service but it's maximum 2 stars((( Nothing in minibar, not enought both-things. The quality of design and construction should be better.

Отличное месторасположение - рядом посольства, деловые центры, хорошие рестораны. Но вместе с тем тихо. Хорошие матрасы))) Чисто, удобно. Внимательный компетентный персонал. Хорошая парковка.

Очень скудный набор необходимых мелочей в ванной. только гель для душа и шампунь. Нет тапочек.

Отель расположен в центре. Хороший ресторан и бар, удобно проводить встречи. Прекрасный завтрак.

современный номер, шумоизоляция, туалетные принадлежности (гель, душ), хорошая кухня в ресторане.

стройка в непосредственной близости от отеля. плохое качество асфальта при подъезде к гостинице. очень грязно на парковке.
