the building in which the room is located, it is extremely old, ugly & dirty

The main reason - friendly staff, because i was travelled with family, pet by car. Kind staff met me on arrival, coordinated my parking on Nevsky prospekt (thanks a lot, it was quite difficult) and Oksana's was the ones appartments, which allowed pet)))) unfortunately in St.Petersburg it is realy big problem travel with pet.

The room was very spacious and bright and had very nice interior. The bed was big and very comfortable. The kitchen had an alright range of kitchenware, enough at least for the amount of time we were there. The apartment had everything you needed. The "Jacuzzi" was very nice and made the bathroom feel very special and luxurious. The location was very good, as it had all the stores you can imagine nearby, and very nice restaurants.

The only negative thing I can even think of, is that the apartment were rather high up in the building, and you need to walk up a few stairs, no biggy of course and totally worth it for the awsome apartment.

The apartment was well equipped, modern and well decorated.

I didn't like the stairwell and entrance which was dark, dingy and quite scary.

The apartment is bright, clean, comfortable and the location is good. The director is very helpful and responsive.

When we arrived on time, the receiving staff didn't show up as confirmed. Then finally when the staff arrived, we were told that the apartment we booked was unavailable due to some sort of water supply problem and we had to move to another apartment which is about 20 mins away from the one we booked and in a much less desirable location. They didn't offer us any transportation support so we had to drag our big luggages to walk 15 mins under the cold rain to get to the new apartment. When we voiced out our discontent, they finally offered us discount on our first day room charges and since we insisted, then on next day offered us a choice of another apartment (with better location though not as good as the one we originally booked).

Only the inside of the room is acceptable.

They gave their office adress like the apartment adress you are renting. If you are familiar to these things and very carefull you can see the small letters saying that you will be in one of the apartment listed below, so you do not know what you are renting and where it is. The apartment given to us is on the 4th floor no elevator. Entrance of the apartment is awful, very dirty and with a very bad smell. First I contacted direct to Oksana Apt. they said they have only 2 day available instead of 3, I said okay I will look for one day place and turn back immediately, after 10 min. I call back and ask the apartment, she said sorry they are full booked. I go back to booking com and see that I can rent Oksana Apartment for 2 days, so I booked. Than I got a adress from Oksana, which is completely surprise for me. If I am too old or have a problem that I can carry my luggage to 4th floor without elevator, what can I do. Oksana Apartment is not a trustful organization, never again. I have photographs for the apartment entrance.

Location of the flat on Nevsky near the Moscow railway station. Near it a big food supermarket and another shops. The Apartment are big and comfortable.

The apartment situated enough far from attractions.

The apartment was close to train and metro station in a very secure building with a small market nearby. There were many other shops nearby ranging from coffee, food, and shopping. We found the apartment clean and comfortable with all needed appliances for family living. I would recomend this apartment for any family looking to avoid a hotel

The apartment needs some attention . Almost all the light bulbs in the bathroom were burnt out. The shower head in the bathroom was clogged and would only squirt water out the back. The wireless router was not working properly. You had to keep it turned off and turn it on and let it boot up each time you used it . It also would stop working after 5 minutes, bascially you had no internet service. We called the office and they said they were aware of the problem, but never fixed it.

Quiet, spacious apartment just two minutes walk from Nevsky Prospekt.

this apartment was a fourth floor walk-up. that is not going to be acceptable to people with lots of luggage or limited mobility

The apartment is very well located and maintained. The rooms are very comfortable. Even though the outside of the building is not the most beautiful one, the apartment is great.

The person that received the apartment when we were leaving wasn't in a really good mood; other than that it was very nice.

Very clean and comfortable appartement in center of St Petersburg. The street is calm and there are a lot of restaurants. The Nevskiy avenue is a five-minute walk away

Как и во всем Питере вода: не всегда хороший напор, вода пахнет

Мы жили на Невском 77. Хотя при бронировании у нас был адрес Фонтанка 46, по прибытии нам сказали, что там какие-то проблемы. Думаю, что на Фонтанке было бы потише, на Невском окна комнат выходили на проспект. А в остальном: удобное расположение (метро, магазины, Московский вокзал рядом), просторные комнаты и кухня, наличие практически всего необходимого.

Возможно, из-за того, что апартаменты недавно после ремонта, есть недостатки: не работают некоторые розетки, в прихожей нет вешалки для верхней одежды. Для нескольких человек одного комплекта ключей все же недостаточно.

Очень близко к Московскому вокзалу, но не грязно, не шумно. Рядом продуктовые магазины, транспорт.

описание на сайте вполне честное, комфортные аппартаменты в хорошем и удобном для посещения основных достопримечательностей города месте, все основные удобства в квартире есть, места достаточно для 4 (в принципе можно расшириться если взять надувной матрас). позитив явно перевешивает!

в основном мелочи: чайник сам не выключается, кофеварка без ситечка, кое- что из некритичных сантехнических неисправностей...ну и то о чем на сайте честно предупреждают-4этаж без лифта, ремонт фасада здания/некоторый шум и пыль при открытых окнах, слабый напор воды, возможные проблемы с парковкой на набережной фонтанки/но что вы хотите от центра питера...?

территориально, очень удобно! есть парковочные места, в квартире все необходимое

Проживали по адресу Марата 4,вход в подъезд со двора и окна выходят во второй двор,где располагается большая детская площадка. В квартире чисто,техника работает,мебель целая,полы с подогревом. Персонал вежливый.

Мало посуды и тупые ножи.
