The design , colors in the room. Coordination of design elements are used was poor. A few staff were speaking English and only one was good

Almost all. This was not my first stay there, but this hotel delivers true 4* accommodation service with relatively low price. I caught a flue and small can of honey as a compliment in the room made an unbeatable impression. And I had late check out (after 16:00) for free. Perfect!

Hardly can recall anything. It was too hot in my room (1301) and I could not turn off the radiator. Put it here only because I know, manager will read it, and fix the regulator.

The rooms are big and quite well equipped. Free warm underground parking is convenient. Friendly and well trained staff. Nice top-floor restaurant with excellent view over the city.

This was a stange feeling during my stay - I was FULLY satisfied with the hotel. Normally you come to 4* hotel, and in some parts it does not meet the standart (ceramics on the floor, no sound insolation, unfriendly staff, cheap sanitary ware of furniture). This time I was meaningly looking for them, but failed to find any. This is very honest 4*. The only thing I didn't check was location - I stayed only one night and had several meetings in the lobby.

So very little things, that I won't mention them. I really enjoyed my stay.

Nice hotel - one of the best in Ekaterinburg

The hotel is in a good location and I was really impressed with the service,. I have stayed in many Ekaterinburg hotels, and this is by far the best. The service is good, breakfast good, nice clean rooms, overall an excellent hotel and I would highly recomend it. Many Russian hotels seem to have bad service, but this one is the opposite, in that nothing was too much trouble for the staff. This hotel has renewed my faith in Russian hotels!!

Everything was good - personal, room, facilities. Variable and tasty breakfast. Fresh orange juice. Enjoyed my stay a lot.

Very friendly, polite and helpful personnel. Nicely furnished rooms, bird-eye views from the wall-wide windows. Very good restaurant, nice breakfasts and good room-service! I would definitely recommend staying at Onegin to anyone travelling for business or for leisure.I am staying there next time myself, already booked a room!

Great hotel!!!

Onegin one of the best hotel which I have evere been in Russia and I am traveling a lot. I would like to say thank you to the hotel staff.

As for me, Onegin was a very nice place to stay. Room was very comfortable, good breakfast with many variety of meals and fresh juices, good location and the coolest thing is life music in the lobby every evening. Also, i can say, that there is free wi-fi in rooms in spite of what is written on booking.com.

There can be more light in the room and also I don't like bath - I like shower, so that was minus for me.

Красивый отель с хорошо продуманной концепцией, был очень красивый номер "романтик", отличное соотношение цена-качество, приветливый персонал, восхитительные виды на ночной город, очень удобное расположение.

В номере было холодно, хотя следует отметить, что была середина мая, а на улице ночью температура опустилась до +2, климат-контроль не работал, винная карта очень слабая и нет многих даже заявленных напитков

Отель поразил своим гостеориентированностью и вниманием к мелочам. Стандартный номер был проапгрейден до номера Романтик, в качестве комплимента от отеля было предложено шампанское и мороженное. Очень-очень вежливый персонал!

Дружелюбный персонал, оперативное выполнение просьб и пожеланий. Замечательная музыка в лобби баре.

Un vero 4 stelle, diversamente da tanti hotel russi. Una struttura nuova, molto confortevole, livello europeo. Bello il design che rimanda ai tempi di Pushkin, l'autore del romanzo al quale è intitolato l'albergo. Camere molto spaziose. Colazione ricca e abbondante. Il bollitore in camera.

все отлично. если заказывать на букинге проживание выходит значительно дешевле, чем по телефону или на сайте отеля.

на паркинг практически невозможно заехать на большом джипе (этаж был - 3). на букинге заказал номер для курящих, заселили в некурящий (это придирки). а так все замечательно

Понравилось все.

В качестве мелкой критики: отрегулируйте замок-доводчик, дверь не закрывалась без усилия. Номер 1035.

Как всегда всё отлично.
