Paraiso Hotel    

Old, dark corridors, little comfort, tiny canteen with poor breakfast, no aircon, no elevator, poor facitilies in room, slow and unstable wi- fi connection. We stayed in the best room, the bathroom was not enev equipped with towel hangers or shelves for cosmetics. The room was overheated and central heaters in room were without valves so we could not reduce the heat. We asked the administrator to turn it off and got refused so had to sleep with windows open wide, listening for dogs barking all the night. We left the hotel with strong impression we never get back.

Good for it's price, very friendly staff, clean room with all necessary devices. We had to leave the hotel early in the morning before breakfast and the staff prepared for us lunch box with very tasty sandwiches, yogurt , fruit and juice, that was really very nice. Tasty menu in the restaurant on the ground floor. This hotel is good for young people and those who don't care much about luxury, as it's simple, but very comfortable.

Everything is good for this price.

Nice breakfast, clean rooms, quiet neighbourhood and walking distance from the city center. Didn't have a chance to try out their sauna, you have to order it in advance, as it seems to be rather popular.

Very small sheets and only one blanket in a double room. Turn from one side to another and half of the sheet is cramped under your back.

The hotel is clean, the rooms are nice and have some character. The staff was very helpful (and all spoke either English or German or both). The breakfast buffet was not huge but very good and everyday saw a new set of hot dishes. The hotel is located in a trendy residential part of town. You need to take a taxi to go downtown, but one can easily walk to a nearby lake just to relax.

The hotel was lacking air conditioning, which was unconformable with the hot weather that I had. Half of the lights as well as a fan in the room were not working. Vaulted ceilings add some character but are not so convenient in a bathroom!

Small and quiet hotel.

Not all receptionists spoke English, breakfast did not meet the satndards when I went there at 10am. I quess all food had been there all morning. Strings of my bed were sticking out annoyingly. Too worn out.

Удачное месторасположение, тихая улица, неподалеку красивый пруд, парк. Приветливый персонал, вкусная кухня, романтическая атмосфера.

Très bon accueil pour cet hôtel, bon rapport qualité prix pour les nombreux services, confort, free wifi, etc... Parc d'attraction à proximité, parc "yunost", restaurants...

Доступ к отелю, дорога в жалкой состоянии .. Этот отель не заслуживает этого!

Отель шикарный!Уборка каждый день, персонал приветливый и всегда рад помочь, а завтраки просто шедевральны.Если вернусь обратно в Калининград обязательно остановлюсь в этом же отели. В номерах всегда чисто , уютно и атмосфера домашняя. Спасибо огромное отелю за хорошие впечатление , не только от города , но и от расположения.

Уютный номер (улучшенный стандарт). Очень тихая улочка, машины практически не ездят. Есть сауна, час - 600 руб. Убирают номер каждый день. Завтрак нормальный (шведский стол), кофе натуральный, надо просить у бармена. В целом все понравилось!

Фен надо просить у администратора, сам фен маленький и "засасывает" волосы (чуть без прически не осталась), так что лучше брать свой с собой. Плохая шумоизоляция. Нет своей парковки (машину оставляли у обочины).

Сразу понравился внешний вид отеля! Дружелюбный и приветливый персонал! Уютный номер, который каждый день убирали! Нам было очень комфортно! Очень вкусные и разнообразные завтраки тоже нас порадовали! В общем, мы очень рады, что остановили свой выбор именно на этом отеле! И очень важно, что цена за всё это удовольствие очень даже приятная...разумная, я бы сказала!

персонал - прекрасен. комнаты - достойные. комфорт - на уровне. в номере чувствуешь себя как дома, а не как в гостинице - очень уютно! завтрак - каждый найдет что-нибудь на свой вкус. вай-фай - не шустрый, но бесплатный :) в номерах лежит что-то вроде путеводителя путешественника - можно спланировать маршрут по городу уже на месте ;) фотографии полностью соответствуют фактическому положению вещей! порекомендую ли остановиться друзьям? обязательно!

широченные кровати, но одеяла явно маловаты. возможно, 23 февраля сказалось, но... подтвержу отзывы оставленные ранее - звукоизоляция так себе.

кафе просто супер. очень уютно и вкусно. цены умеренные.
