Staff were all helpful and welcoming with good language skills. They were reliable and prompt at all stages. The hotel was very quiet and relaxed in atmosphere. Very clean and well designed rooms and bathrooms.
Tea/coffee/kettle would be nice. Some staff at breakfast were too attentive - ie too quick to clear your table before you had finished resulting in unnecessary waste because you had to get food/drink etc etc again!!! They should be realise that you had simply left the table briefly to get something else from the buffet - when you get back everything had been cleared!!! It's not acceptable to be told "sorry - you can get fresh". There were only two guests in the restaurant so it's obvious when someone hasn't finished their breakfast.
Everything + Breakfast is very good There is also Bankomat in the Hotel
WiFi works great and helpful staff.
Breakfast was simply disgusting. Even coffee was not fresh. Very disappointing.
I would like to say that as usually good quality hotel of this hotel chain. Good location, friendly personnel, clean rooms, excellent bed, varied and tasty breakfast. You will enjoy of stay here.
I would also need to add that if your room is on the side of Mamin-Sibiryak street, it is rather noisy and difficult to get a sleep. Restaurant on the grand floor is expensive.
clean rooms; friendly staff
a very plain and "cold" lobby and a similarly unattractive lobby bar
The girl that checked us in, was very helpful, friendly, and found us a better, cooler room, instead of letting us leave. I don't remember her name, but she was the best! The lady that did or laundry also was great!
We were very hot. I would only stay in this hotel in the winter, or if they allow to air conditioner to be controlled in each room individually. Also the shower was horrible. The water collected on the floor, and I had to stand in a big puddle until it drained.
Fantastic location (close to the Opera Theatre and Ural Fed. University), spacious, clean room with very comfortable bed. Friendly and always helpful staff.
very friendly desktop staff, always ready for get solutions for the clients.
very late cleaning room schedule.
Special request filled (vases), upgrade when staff found out we were on our Honeymoon, hand written note of welcome and great staff
The bed! Way too soft! We both woke up with backaches.
Friendly and helpful staff Top-quality breakfast buffet
Small bathroom (even in superior rooms) Poor cleaning service in the morning
convenient location, fantastic and very helpful staff, comfortable beds
Internet connection slow
Excellent personnel, good choice of restaurants around
They have neither sauna nor swimming pool
I liked the attitude of staff. They were helpful and smiling. The location is excellent. Breakfast was fine with enough options. Hot water comes instantly. Two apples served as a gesture worked excellently after long flight.
Smoking is allowed at the lobby and breakfast is served in same space . So you inhale smoke while having your breakfast. Bed was extra soft. This may be an issue for those having problems with their back. Room amenities are lower than expectations. No slippers, no solid soap, very few power sockets to charge phone and computer...
The breakfast was extensive! So many choices of food and it was all nicely prepared. The maid service was very good, too. I always came back to a clean room and bathroom. I'm glad you give the option to conserve water by letting us indicate how often we need clean towels.
In the morning when I came down for breakfast, the tables were all covered with dirty dishes from the previous guests. There was a large group of athletes staying there but it was very unpleasant to come into an empty dining area at 7:00 am and find all the tables dirty! I think the clean up person must be on a later shift.
Breakfast was reasonable; wifi service good.
Staff with attitudes of unrelenting suspicion. Basic facilities in the room. Overpriced food.
It's a modern hotel, very good location, practically in the center of the city and near to different points of interest , restaurants, cafe bar's shops, etc.Breakfast is very good and various.
For a 4 * hotel is rather poor on facilities. No slippers,no bath robe, no drawers for clothes ?!?!, no water cattle for making a tea at least or boil water, a small "cheap" tv with only Russian stations (not good for a foreigners), no gym or ...other working out facilities, the heating system even was set up at maximum (in the nights during my staying were -29 -27 degrees Celsius), still in the morning the heater was cold ! WiFi is extremely slow and if you want a decent one you need to pay a ridiculous fee. For the money wich you pay is ..ok, but i've stayed in Moscow with much more comfort and facilities, with sauna & gym included, big flat LCD TV, bath, and all utilities and you pay just 20 % more in Moscow !!!
Helpful staff, central location, breakfast was quite good
Old interior is need to renew
Modern hotel and good location. Reception staff is friendly and helpful.
Free wifi, silent room
Flexibility of staff, location.
No hotel taxi's - take time to get cab's. Bed's mattress far to soft.
