The room was clean and cleaned very well everyday. The breakfast buffet was very good with a nice amount of dishes to choose from. Great location to walk to various yourist spots as well as shopping areas and restaurants.

Too warm in the room. We turned down the heat and it didn't do much. We had to open the window.

Hotel rooms in Moscow are still extremely expensive and really dont offer value for money. Poor choice of cable channels

The location is fine. Close to the Metro station. And in the center

No gym, no hairdresser, no too many facilities. The conditioners most probably were never cleaned as the air was coming into the room with bad smell and the room was not smelling fresh. I could feel also the smoke coming from the neighbour rooms.

Low air circulation made me feel awful (my fault really for turning off the air in my room). Very central location, but at night it is pretty quiet for somewhere that seems so logically touristy.

No wireless internet included in room rate (although standard room was 400€ per night) Bathroom very small. No relation to the high price. Many more better hotels in Moscow for lower rates. I am travelling to Moscow for 10 years now...

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good English spoken. Buffet breakfast very nice, good choice and a good start to the day (didn't need lunch).

No tea making facility in the room. Bar prices a little expensive. Only one pillow per person and the quilt only just big enough for two people.

Good location, within short walk from Polyanka metro station, and slightly longer to Tretyakovka. Good rooms, standard hotel breakfast. I had free internet available in my room on 2nd floor, probably got it from lobby. Otherwise, the internet is not free.

It was a funny (kitchen?) smell coming to the room, unless you keep window opened.

Шумно , из за близкого расположения проезжей части

Безусловно - расположение гостиницы, т.к. до метро Полянка всего 3 мин. пешком. Помимо этого, понравилось приемлемое оснащение номера и неплохая звукоизоляция номеров. Одним словом - это весьма подходящая гостиница для командировок и короткого пребывания в Москве.

Значительных нареканий нет. Возможно, стоило бы добавить больше фруктов на завтрак.

Слишком большой акцент на иностранцев. (Например пресса)

Как всегда у этой сети отелей всё отлично. Но бронировать лучше когда проходят какие либо скидочные акции. Прямая цена дороговата.

Ligging vlakbij metro, kremlin en rode plein. Buurt is wel de meest grijze en grauwe. Ontbijt zeer matig. Bar en restaurant niet echt uitnodigend voor gezellig borrelen met collega's. Erg weinig internationale tv kanalen.
