Excellent location, 5mins for Metros, local shops, bars, resturants. frequent taxis, 15 mins walk red square. The staff were friendly, helpful & polite. Food was also good quality, and large breakfast buffet each morning. Rooms very clean & comfortable. The wireless internet was releatively expensive. Although the room service was good for longer stays tea/ coffee making facility would be a help in the rooms. |

The breakfast was fantastic, although would have loved some fried eggs rather than just scrambled and boiled (it was an American breakfast). The rooms were pretty luxurious and clean. A bit of a walk from the city. For a four star just a few small complaints, no spare pillow, tv sound was distorted, but overall excellent quality. |

it's an excellent hotel, located in a very nice district of Moscow, in the city centre. Compared to other Moscow hotels, it has a nice scale and the staff is friendly. |

Brand new hotel, design furniture (dark). Rich breakfast buffet. The bed was very comfortable. The staff friendly and available.Just some 200m from the nearest metro station (Polyanka). Within walking distance of the Kremlin (20 min), and Tretiakov Museum (5 min). Close to the lively district arround Tretiakovskaya metro station. No extra charges for visa support letter and passport registration at our arrival in Moscow. It was a bit expensive. But It was the best deal we got close to the Kremlin and with breakfast included. |

The location was good if you have a tourist agenda.... probably a 15 minute walk from the Red Square, etc. Also very close to a Metro stop which was convenient. Not a good location for nightlife. Also, the hotel staff was very friendly but a bit lacking on the follow up for requests for information, booking tickets, etc. |
