The location was excellent for central city sightseeing. The room was comfortable and very quiet at night. The attitude of the staff was still back in the communist era. They were most unhelpful and bookings made for services were not kept and even denied when witnesses to the booking made in person were present. Internet was expensive and very slow. Overall it was the appalling attitude of the front office (including manager) staff that will always be our memory of this hotel. |

good location, close to red square and accessible to the funky restaurants and luxury shops with reasonable rate considering how expensive moscow hotels are. some of the staff were unwelcoming and displaying bad attitude towards us. |

Местоположение отличное: историческая часть Москвы, 2 минуты до знаменитых Сандунов (скидка для постояльцев отеля), 3 минуты до московского ЦУМа, пешком до Тверской и до Кремля. Бесплатная парковка прямо у входа в отель без всяких проблем (весь день в выходные и на ночь на неделе). Просторный номер, отличный дизайн, оперативный рум сервис, словом, комфорт на уверенные 4 звезды. Практикуется поздний выезд, недорого. Заявленные 5 звезд - это уверенные 4 звезды, особенно в сравнении с соседствующим через квартал Марриотом Авророй. Несмотря на отличный внешний вид отеля с улицы, смущает огромная надпись ОТЕЛЬ над входом. Для заявленных 5 звезд такое оформление несерьезно. Также для соответствия 5 звездам необходимо довышить 5-у звезду на халатах, обеспечить полную герметизацию душевых, и в ресторане использовать меньше соли в приготовлении блюд) В целом, как я уже отметил, отличный отель в категории 4-х звезд! |

Центр города, все достопримечательности и магазины 10-15 минут пешком.Очень доброжелательный персонал, чистый уютный номер. Останавливались с мужем в третий раз, с удовольствием вернемся вновь. Запретить курить в лобби баре. |

Das Frühstück und die Frühstückszeiten waren gut Die Lüftung und Heizung funktionierte nicht im Zimmer. Das Restaurant war um 22:00 für eine Gesellschaft reserviert und wir wurden gebeten im Barbereich die Barkarte zu nutzen. Hier teilte man uns mit, dass keine alkoholischen Getränke, auch nicht Wein und Bier, zur Verfügung stehen, es gäbe keine Ausschanklizenz obwohl die Bar-Karte voll war mit einer Vielzahl von alkoholischen Getränken. Sehr merkwürdig für ein 5*****-Hotel mit internationalem Anspruch. Wir haben das Hotel dann verlassen und in der Bar eines anderen Hotels gegessen und getrunken. Wir meinen, dass das Hotel offensichtlich seine Gäste unterschiedlich behandelt und man auch den Barbereich für die geschlossene Gesellschaft frei halten wollte. |

Emplacement très central pour Moscou, la décoration et l'équipement sont récents. Métro à cinq minutes à pied, place rouge à 10 mn. Buffet de petit déjeuner copieux et qualitatif. Le service est assez moyen au restaurant mais reste "dans les normes russes". Internet payant et cher. |
