Hotel Peter the 1st  

Friendly discreat staff, very good location and clean rooms.

Not very good bath and shower facilities, floor of shower was wooden and broken.

The Pool was nice and big, there was a Jacuzzi. The room was more or less fine

A shower panel in our room was broken which made the shower cabin difficult to close. This isn't a big deal of course, we were just unlucky. We called room service and they sent a guy up to fix it. When we checked in the reception staff just gave us our keys without telling us anything about the hotel's facilities or services. When we called reception from our room the line was often busy, so instead we called room service to find out about facilities, at which point they told us to wait for reception to call us back - which they didn't. When we went to the Jacuzzi there was another couple there and we were both having a great time (doing what couples like to do, nothing indecent of course!) at which point the attendant lady rudely yelled at us and told us: "Look you either go up to your room and kiss, or behave in the Jacuzzi so knock it off!" (The management can thank Gulfarida [Гулфарида] for giving us such a wonderful confrontational experience at a 5 star hotel). Overall, the actual facilities in the hotel are great, but the level of service and the attitude of the staff is atrocious.

I liked the hotel style and most particularly the history of the hotel, the old pictures displayed of Peter 1, the rich buffet breakfast and the pianist playing nice music during the evening at the lobby coffee. The bell captains ,the receptionists the waietrs and the concierge are very good. Thank you.

Peaceful and accessible hotel to places of interest

Location- is the only plus in this hotel

Price was too high, lobby always dirty, hotel in general looks too old and old-fashoined

Location is superb. You can hear the Kremlin clock when you go to bed and wake up :-)

My room was noisy, not many hotel facilities, smoking area in the lobby, very bad,

Exquisite service on the vip floor. Bar none ! The spa is amazing,so relaxing and beautiful! The room, bed and bathroom were excellent! The only surprise was how attentive, proffesional and fun the staff were! Would have liked the wifi to be free as in other hotels, but their other extras were awesome! Highly reccomend this hotel to everyone !

Great location near shopping, Metro and Red Square. Room was clean, spacious and great window space allowing for natural light. Breakfest was great, cant beat champange and o.j.

Little expensive

Comfortable location of hotell in the center of town, close to metro station. Nice room, everything you need is by hand.

Удобное местоположение отеля позволет легко перемещаться в любое место г. Москва. Хороший персонал, отличные завтраки, можно расслабиться в СПА зоне. Когда я бываю в Москве как по делам, так и в отпуске, я стараюсь останавливаться именно в этом отеле.
