The hotel is very good situated in the city center and close to several main monuments and the central shopping street. The hotel was surprisingly not willing to offer the service to call a public taxi. Only the expensive hotel taxi service was offered. |

Central position and cleaniness of the room to have a bad breakfast in Petro Palace hotel you have to pay the same price foa a meal on one of the best restaurants in saint petersburg |

Very nice location - in the very centre, close to the Palace and St. Isaak Cathedral. Very friendly and helpful staff. We booked 4 rooms, 3 were very spacious and light, one was small and a bit noisy as close to a lift. Apart from this,no particular improvement points though. |

It was okey. The room was clean and the house keeping did a good job when I stayed there. It took the reception a long time to give my passport back. The shower in room 348 was extremely small, you could hardly fit in there and funny enough there was enough room to make it bigger, so it was a decoration error. |

Its convenient location. The roof tp bar. Plug disappeared from washbasin. Continental breakfast very basic and not good vale for money. |

Our room and the public areas of the hotel were beautiful and very comfortable. Most of the staff spoke very good English (a nice bonus for travellers with limited Russian language ability). The concierge service was adequate, but lacked emthusiasm. Also, the hotel charges for local phone calls (is this standard practice in Russia?) |

Very central, within walking distance of all major sites. Received a free bottle of champagne as it was my birthday! The windows don't open in the rooms. |

The place of the hotel is in the centre of the city, close to the city atraction, the guest relation officer are helpfull and professional. The parking is very limited |

Location is perfect! The room we had looks like a 3* or 2 stars. And the charge you in credit card more than the price of room (room + bar) the first day as guarantee. 10 days after I still have the charge and apart the correct payment. |

Location!! Spaciousness, convenience, nice room. Nice touches, like fruit plate on first night. Very courtous concierge services. Exceeded high expectations. Good price-performance for off-season visit. Charged for "registration". |

Very good location, close to the Hermitage and Nevsky Prospect. Clean, well trained, courteous and polite staff, who spoke correct english. Good price for value. Nothing really, we would have liked to stay longer! |

The location of the Hotel was outstanding. The willingness of the staff to help. The concierge service was fantastic. I thought that the Buffet breakfast was over priced and I ate breakfast outside of te hotel every day but one. |

Ability to leave baggage with hotel after we'd booked out and with no charge for the service. Separate eating areas for those wanting "continetal" and "buffet" breakfasts. Room charges were more than agreed with my Booking.com reservation (hotel staff are organising a refund of the difference but informed me that the charges they made wre those given to them by Booking.com) |

I really enjoyed my stay at the Petro Palace Hotel and, to be honest, was impressed by the quality of the hotel (I would say, it's a 5+ hotel, not a four-star) and the staff's professionalism. We had a spacious deluxe room which was really marvellous and my friends who stayed in standard rooms also told me that they could not complain about anything. Everything was just perfect. I liked everything!!!!!! My special thanks to all the people working at the reception, who were always very attentive to all our requests and ready to help. |
