персонал очень приятный, все возникающие вопросы решались, никаких проблем в отеле не возникало, новый ремонт, просторный номер на 1 этаже здания располагается ресторан - возникают проблемы с шумом и запахами, отель с рестораном борется. город очень грязный, неухоженный и заброшенный

чисто, комфортно, приятный дизайн интерьера, безопасная парковка, приветливый персонал было одно досадное недоразумение, из-за которого мы чуть не остались без завтрака. накануне мы получили информацию от администратора, что завтрак будет с 7:00 до 11:00, даже переспросили ещё раз. когда на следующий день вышли к завтраку в 10:00, оказалось, что завтрак до 9:00. хорошо, что нам быстро организовали кофе с бутербродами. разбираться, по чьей вине мы не получили полноценного завтрака, - не наша задача.

очень оригинальная планировка номера - огромный предбанник и равная ему по размерам спальня, находящаяся на полэтажа выше =) просто, уютно, по-домашнему. завтрак - плотный (может и до ужина хватить) и весьма вкусный. дорого, товарищи !!! снаружи отель выглядит как полуобшарпанная общага (благо внутри все совершенно наоборот - весьма красиво и уютно); долго искать отель - в шлиссельбурге не подписаны большая половина домов и во всем городе никто слыхом не слыхивать про "гостиницу петровская"... граждане, вам надо искать дк - она рядом!!!!!!!! а вообще все довольно хорошо ]:->
