Очень приветливый персонал. Плохая звукоизоляция. В номере окна выходили на улицу и при открытом окне, спать невозможно. Завтрак не соответствует заявленной "звездности".

понравилось практически все, персонал очень вежливый, поскольку постояльцев в период моего пребывания было не много, мне разрешили задержаться в номере без дополнительной оплаты и принесли завтрак в номер по моему выбору из меню. единственное, что "смазало" полноценное впечатление об отеле была девушка на ресепшн, которая ответила мне не очень корректно в последние минуты моего пребывания в отеле. к сожалению, я не увидела ее имени. все остальные девочки были просто супер!

Удобное местоположение - самый центр, удобная парковка, просторный номер (студия). Твердые три звезды (или четыре с минусом). Портье или носильщики либо отсутствуют как класс, либо прячутся. Вода из крана первые несколько секунд отдает запахом канализации - потом вроде бы запах проходит. Ну и соотношение цена - качество явно не соответствует. Кстати на этой улице в пределах одного квартала целых три гостиницы с названием Платан (можно легко ошибиться).

хороший интерьер, внимательный персонал, удобное расположение в центре краснодара интернет есть, WiFi работает и он бесплатный, но качество сигнала оставляет желать лучшего, в номере приходилось искать место с уверенным приемом. цена высоковата для краснодара.

The personel are good. Everything is extra payment. Sauna, pool are extra payment. Without using additional bed for kids, they want extra payment. So the price at booking.com is wrong

Хорошее место, парковка, персонал. Ездили по делам, брал двухместный номер, с отдельными кроватями, которые были очень узкими. Спать не удобно.

Внимательный персонал, удобное расположение - недалеко от центра города,просторный номер, большой балкон с хорошим видом. Хороший ресторан в отеле в ванной/душевой запах канализации - с этим что-то надо делать, вместо тесной душевой кабины предпочтительнее был бы открытый душ или ванна - полощадь ванной комнаты позволяет.также нет полотенцесушителя. плохое качество ТВ сигнала - всего несколько каналов ,и то с большими помехами, можно же элементарно цифровое или спутниковое ТВ подключить, странно, что этого до сих пор не сделали. зимой в номере довольно прохладно, отопление слабенькое

Очень положительное впечатление от рецепции и самого номера. На фоне всего положительного впечатление испортил матрац, видимо денег на это пожалели и купили самый дешевый в номер за 8500 за ночь.
