Location right in city centre, close to metro etc

Traffic noise from street, but not much you can do about it except ask for a courtyard room next time

Its a good value for money if you are looking for a not very expensive 5-star hotel. But don't expect too much. Ideal location and big rooms. We got a room on the 6 floor with a window in a roof.

Fitness room is too small without panoramic view, sauna is not working properly. Breakfast is too expensive for such a hotel so do not waste your money and try eat in a french boulangerie (there are a lot of then nearby). TV does not work very well.

Location

There was no internet in my room, it appears for several minutes and disappeared for hours. The staff was not be able to resolve this problem and for 3 days i had to go to work to lobby. for 200 dollars per night for a business traveler - internet, is a minimum you can expect for.

The location is perfect, the hotel staff was excellent, very friendly, helpful, with good English skills. The hotel is clean and fresh, rooms large enough, beds comfortable; value for money all in all. We can highly recommend this for business & pleasure - next time we'll bring our kids for a city break with us to this hotel as well!

Aucun service, le restaurant ressemble à une cantine d'entreprise. Nous avons tenté de dîner un soir. Les tables étaient déjà installées pour le petit déjeuner du lendemain.... Les plats commandés étaient réchauffés et sans aucune présentation. L'accès Wifi dans notre chambre ne fonctionnait pas. Pas de service de chambre le soir. Le portier, bien que présent, ne maintient pas la porte ouverte lors du passage des clients. Il n'y a personne pour le service des bagages. Les viennoiseries du petit déjeuner sont quasi innexistentes. Cela ressemble à un 3 étoiles convenable, mais en aucun cas à un 5 étoiles.

Не соответствует заявленным "звездам", кроме ресепшн качество услуг на низком уровне, информация о времени завтрака противоречива, в карте номера указано одно время, по факту - другое, и само обслуживание оставляет желать лучшего. Каждое обращение по услугам приходилось повторять неоднократно, результат - только после звонка на ресепшн. В отеле нет швейцара, охранник на входе не торопится открывать двери гостям. В общем, до европейских отелей такой же "звездности" еще очень и очень далеко, цены при этом гораздо выше европейских!
