Amazing place!

I really liked the location. The restaurant had excellent food and and an excellent view of the area. I was close to everything I needed, such as trains, busses, tourist busses and subways. The area had good shopping, from the street shopping to luxury stores. The hotel itself was beautiful and had many amenities as was my room. The staff was very helpful and pleasant.

Location and inside design.

I was met by really strange guy at reception. He says strange words, jokes and etc., like I bothering him stayin at this hotel. Other staff was good and friendly, but first impression was rather strong and disappointing.

Location was great, rooms spacious and clean. Beds very comfortable. We had a room with a street view but it was still very quiet.

Staff was friendly and helpful but be careful with the taxi bookings - we got the hotel to get us a taxi (not the hotel car but an actual taxi) to a restaurant which they told us would cost 1000 rubles. However the car back only cost us 250...

I liked the staff - they were friendly. the hotel was a nice property.

only 1 minor comment - we were in rooms on the 6th floor. there are no windows to the rooms, just a roof light. Not a major issue, but it is nicer to have a view.

Terrific staff. Very helpful and friendly. Accommodations great. Would definitely stay there again and strongly recommend it. S front office staff went way beyond what we expected. A totally positive experience.

This hotel is right in the middle of St Petersburg - a haven for me after walking all over the place. It was also well located for shopping, if that is what people want to do. Bus stops very near to the hotel as well as the metro. Hotel is expensive but worth every rouble! The room was to my liking and extremely comfortable. I especially liked the Nespresso machine so could have coffee whenever I chose. Amenties were good. The breakfast, was tasty with a lot of variety. Ate my fair share of smoked salmon and red caviar! Yummy indeed!

The pricing, given the comparison of other 5-star hotels in St Petersburg was the main draw. It was a perfectly nice hotel- not plush but with all the facilities that you would require and expect of a 5- star facility. The location was also very good.

We felt that some of the staff were a bit abrupt- verging on the outright rude in the case of one of the concierges. Others were excessively helpful. It is a little further away from the sights that we anticipated; primarily due to the fact that we underestimated the distances when looking at things on maps. However, I would still class this as a good, central hotel.

Location right in city centre, close to metro etc

Traffic noise from street, but not much you can do about it except ask for a courtyard room next time

Чистый, уютный отель, доброжелательный персонал, удобное месторасположение. В номерах есть все необходимое. Хорошие завтраки.

Полотенца в ванной были насквозь пропахшие табаком (мы не курим и брали номер для не курящих), нас поселили на втором этаже в угловом номере и было достаточно шумно от транспорта на улице.

Hotelli oli erinomainen ja henkilökunta ystävällinen. Ohjasivat todella hyviin ruokapaikkoihin. Menemme uudelleen.

Hotellin valitsema kaupunkiopas surkea. Vei meidät olemattomille sfinkseille, mutta jätti näyttämästä esim. Talvipalatsin. Ei kertonut ajon aikana historiaa.

Все на уровне хорошего делового отеля. Без изысков, но со всем необходимым.

Как всегда в российских отелях не обходится без мелких проблем, которых не бывает в отелях этой сети в Европе. Персонал не до учен.

Personeli cok ilgili. Odalari eski olmasina ragmen hic rahatsizlik yaratmiyor. Cunku hileli fotograflarla olmayan seyleri varmis gibi gostermemisler. Her gidisimde ayni otelde kalacagim.
