The hotel is very comfortable The price for the breakfest was absolutely and ridiculously expensive. Out of any proportion with any other top rate hotel. |

I liked the location. The staff were friendly. Free wifi is a bonus. The gym was not great and the hall ways tot he get to the room too dark. |

Ein ruhiges Zimmer im Innenhof ohne den Lärm der Hauptstrasse Nevski Prospekt. Sehr zentral gelegen. U-Bahn ca. 5 min. zu Fuß. Qualitativ gutes Frühstück Der Preis von 30 € für das Frühstück ist völlig überzogen. Auch mit Räucherlachs, Kunstkaviar und Billigsekt keine Entschuldigung. Angemessen wären maximal 15 €. Die Musikwahl im Frühstücksraum ist völlig daneben. Kein deutsches TV-Programm |

Emplacement exceptionnel. Hôtel bien tenu, avec une ambiance cosy. Sans nul doute une référence. Un peu bruyant côté rue. Personnel sympathique, mais parlant uniquement l'anglais. |

Hotel znajduje się przy głównej ulicy w mieście "Newski Prospekt" i to jest największy walor tego hotelu. Wszędzie blisko. Bardzo dobra komunikacja. W łazience nieprzyjemny zapach. Chyba nie potrafią sobie z tym poradzić. Albo myśłą, że tak jest normalnie. |

Personal muy eficaz, amable y se nota que todos se esfuerzan mucho para resolver cualquier problema que te pueda surgir . Un hotel inmejorable por su ubicación, habitaciones son muy acogedoras, despues de volver muy tarde se agradece mucho cuando en tu habitacion hay todo para tomar cafe y/o té, con agua embotellada gratuita incluida... Tambien el wi-fi gratuito es un plus. La insonarización de las ventanas en habitaciones es muy mala, si alguien quiere descansar por la noche - para esto debeis pedir una habitacion "interior", cuyas ventanas salgan al patio, no a las avenidas. |

Да! не понимаю, почему в номерах такой плохой кофе для гостей. и не понимаю, зачем нужны швейцары у дверей, если они двери не открывают, а смотрят как это делают посетители отеля! впервые такое видела.ужас. |
