Location is perfect if you come from Moscow by train, railway station is in around 700 M. Air conditioning did not work properly in the room and in the common areas, we had a sleepless night. Someone from the hotel staff came to "check the minibar" at 10am. For which reason?! Prices for the local hotels are unbeleivable!!! You can't get anything similar in Europe!!!

Very good location in the city centre. Free Wi-Fi. 1. No parking available. Impossible to find a parking spot around the hotel. Totally unacceptable to walk 500-600 meters from a parking spot with bags to a five star hotel. 2.No staff to help open heavy hotel entrance doors for guests with bags every day. No assistance with bags offered even inside the hotel. 3. Old and in some cases broken furniture in the room. It looks like hotel has too strict cost-cutting policy. For example, only one set of shower gel, shampoo accessories available in a double room for 2. 4. In-room menu dinner: delivery to the room costs additional 200 RUB. Usually, prices for in-room menu items are higher than market, and for a hotel to request additional fee for a delivery to the room is too much.

Everything is ok. More than expected: Stuff hospitality, Speed of Internet. Poor breakfast. The restaurant was closed for special event in 3 days of 5 days staying. Breakfast scheduled for 5:40 am was delivered in room with too big delay. One set of bath accessories for two guests. No bathrobes, no slippers.

The Radisson Royal is a haven of quiet elegance & comfort and the location on Nevskiy Prospekt can't be beaten. Turn right, turn left...there's history, classical beauty and shopping on either side. The breakfast buffet is a YUMMY way to start the day...its bounty will satisfy you. And the concierges were beyond wonderful-they are knowledgable, gracious and accomodating.

Нам понравилось место расположение отеля. Все основные достопримечательности достаточно близко. Рядом станция метро. Наличие чайника в номере. При въезде в отель нам не предложили помощь в доставке багажа в номер. В стоимость проживания не входили завтраки. Стоимость завтрака на одного человека была такая, что за эти деньги можно завтракать, обедать и ужинать не выходя из ресторана. Так что мы завтракали в номере своими запасами. Хорошо, что в номере был чайник. Однако питьевой воды на сутки выдавалось по 1 бутылки 0,3л. При бронировании мы заказывали номер для курящих, а нас поселили в номер тдля некурящих.
