Old interior needs upgrade. Price compared to interior level too high.

Smoking in the Bar The quality of the breakfast was much lower then the Price.

Hotel is located near Expocenter which was the most important for us. Hotel has different restaurants in the building. Breakfast is very good. I would come back to this hotel it I have to do it for business

I didn't like Moscow for different reasons: prices are crazy, it is very dificulto to speak English out from the hotel, taxi drivers charge the tourists three times more so I would recommend travellers to order a taxi always in the hotel or call to the taxi phone nummber given by the hotel. I think Moscow is not still prepared to receive tourists

The location of the hotel is terrible. I didn't see any guide signs on the route to the hotel. The room's conditions are terrible too: dark spots on the floor, air bubbles on the wallpaper, dust in the corners of the room. The window is muddy. Hot tap at the shower didn't work correctly. The restaurant is very expensive: the price of hot tee, two cakes and two glass of wine - 80 usd. The staff at the parking don't polite.

It seems that the Hotel need some refurbishing. I have been there now 15 years and there are no big changes. Old furnitures etc;

A few steps away from Kievskaya metro station and from the large shopping mall "Europa centre". Good breakfast with plenty of choice, but pricey (as usual in Moscow). Fitness room is well equipped, swimming pool is large enough to actually swim in.

The hotel is in serious need of renovation. Interiors look outdated and a bit shabby. The room was clean enough, but the overall look and feel is that of a place that was built and decorated 30 years ago. This should reflect on the prices, too high for a hotel of these standards.

If you use Vnukovo and Expocenter, there's no better hotel in terms of location. Just take aeroexpress from airport, you're at the hotel without traffic!!!

The location of the hotel is excellent. It's close to the Metro and a large shopping centre. The gym/pool facilities are fantastic.

Service could be batter for such cost...there was Lack of earlier aconmodation, and in even if this was our request while booking I.E. we arrived at 11:00 but room was only available by 14:00

great location and nice view, well positioned for business and leisure, I founded a reasonable rate when I booked. anyway a 5 star hotel nice lobby and you can find all services

Location, close to Metro, center of Moscow City. Staff is friendly and food is good at the bar.

Hotel has old plumbing, hair dryers are awful. My room door would not shut, if I did not apply additional effort to close it. One time, housekeeping lady told me I left my door unlocked without noticing it.
