Generally a good business hotel in proximity to airport.

Bar staff need training and single bed very small for even an averaged sized person.

Bed was clean and contemporary

I have booked transfer from airport to hotel but nobody was waiting for me after arrival. Same has happened to coleague of mine. Finally we were screwed by taxi drivers requesting ridiculous money for 5 minutes drive.

The hotel staff was very helpful.

Location, being an airport hotel I expected it to be much closer to the airport as taxis are very expensive

The shuttle service should be free both ways like in most of airport hotels in Europe. It can be at certain times only every hour. Or you can also do it at request but free of charge.

Had to pay for transfer from airport to hotel which did not make any sense. It was 700 Rubbles which means approx 15.00. Had to call then to have them come and pick us up which was a big delay. On the website it says transfers so expected them not to charge. If they want the airport business this is something that they should include.

I had been charged by using the shuttle from Airport to Hotel behind the shuttle schedule. Since Ramada provides shuttle to pick-up and drop-off customer. I think it best if shuttle will be free of charge regardless of the pick-up or drop-off time.

All was good over all, the internet worked great and in the room will recommend to anyone i know going there as the hotel right by the airport crappy internet in some what public places and there doesnt work but that hotel does allow free shuttle to and from,,,, hint hint and since your shuttle goes each hour there too, customer could just meet at the shuttle on the time they arrive hint hint

The shower wayyyyyy toooo smallll when i turned i hit the lever and turned it to very hot water on me, very hot very quick, the handles for temperature should not be at rear end level, should be higher on the wall also with a bus that goes to the airport each hour, you should be able to catch the bus to the hotel each hour with out having to pay, didnt need a driver to be waiting for me and now i know the bus goes there each hour anyways, didnt make since, thanks

Staff very copetent and friendly. Rooms very clean. Non smoking room is as it should. Free airport shuttle every hour. Pick up from airport possible. Late meals and drinks available.

The desk staff is fluent English speaking. The least expensive way to get to the hotel from Domodedovo is to take the #30 commuter bus which is past the taxi lanes at airport. Take the bus to the first stop which is near Hotel. If you have much baggage for your connection the next day then use the Baggage Storage room at the airport. The signs to get to them are in Russian and English. 3 large bags for us was 900 Roubles storage overnight. The Commuter bus was very reasonable cost. I believe it was less than 200 Roubles cost. The walk to the Hotel from the bus stop is about 400 Meters distance at the most. Walk across the road, then use the side roads to get to the Hotel, which was easy and safe to do. The Shuttle easily returns to the Airport in the Mornings. You must ask for reservation to use the Shuttle going to airport.

The electronic room keys are not sometimes functional. This is not a reflection on the Hotel, but rather on the manufacturer of the door locks. Suggest the Ramada changes to American key system system if economically possible.

I didn't like the fact that even though the free breakfast was guaranteed for the stay, the staff told me I have to pay extra for the breakfast. Didn't have enough time to argue and really disappointed.

We felt very relaxed the suite room was a great size for our family. We would definitely stay again.

We chose this hotel because we thought it had an airport shuttle. They did not have a shuttle to pick us up at the airport. The shuttle to bring us back to the airport only ran once an hour.

Clean, friendly and very convenient for layovers and early flights out of Domodedovo airport.

It is near the airport. I was supposed to be a non smoking room but the smell of tobacco was strong in the room

There is a statement in the ad I read that says there is free shuttle service to the hotel but I was charged 700 rubles.

Good location in terms of Domodedovo airport, but still need to reserve approximately 30 mins to reach the airport due to thd traffic. Room is clean, good furniture.

People smoking in the bar, do it is difficult for the non-smoking person to survive. But this is common problem in Russia, that smoking is allowed in the public areas, hotels, restaurants, bars, pubs.

Very convenient if you have a morning flight.

The food was of poor quality and expensive. On two occassions we booked the hotel bus and then waited over an hour and a half both times. The price doubled after 7 pm at night. there 3 nights came back from meetings late (helped by the hotel bus) to find my room not serviced on 2 occassions.

I liked the location. We can eat very late.

Very long to be served for diner. The staff is not smiling...
