Хороший ремонт, удобная кровать, хороший санузел, WI FI номральная скорость Неприветливый персонал, ужасный завтрак. Не на том экономят. Основные клиенты- деловые люди, и жадничать на завтраке при такой цене проживания? непонятно... В общем средняя оценка, но больше в этом отеле нет желания останавливаться....

Отель шикарный, обслуживающий персонал очень приятный и приветливый, отличный интерьер, отличное меню в ресторане. Отдельная благодарность повару в ресторане!!! Приготовленные им блюда очень вкусные!!!

чистота в номере, своевременность уборки. интерьеры самого номера и отеля в целом. близость расположения отеля от места командировки (урфу) и центра города. приветливость персонала. не слишком вкусные горячие блюда на завтраки, входящие в стоимость номера. длительная процедура выезда: номер "принимала" горничная, видимо, старательно пересчитывая полотенца и стаканы - такая процедура давно уже ушла из обихода уважающих себя отелей!

Хороший современный уютный отель.Все на высшем уровне. Отсутствие приветственной бутылочки воды.Нашел питьевую воду в туалете на раковине,а потом оказалось,что это вода для умывания.

Общее впечатление от отеля - не особо впечатлил. Ожидала лучшего. Общее впечатление от отеля - не особо впечатлил. Ожидала лучшего. Первый отель, где вложен список наказаний за порчу имущества (в том числе полотенца!) Нигде еще такого не встречала. В приличных отелях этот фактор включают в стоимость номера. Появилось ощущение, что в номерах стоят камеры. Все постоянно следят за тобой, как бы ты чего не унес или не дай бог не повредил! Осталось неприятное ощущение, к сожалению.

очень жарко в номерах. отвратительная работа ресепшн - было просто стыдно перед иностранным коллегой за такой уровень сервиса.

rooms were comfortable. Sauna was good but a little bit expensive and took two hours to warm up. Not many of the staff spoke English. Room Service took too long and wasn't great. Large black hair had invaded my greek salad! Location wasn't great.
