The location is great. It was warm in the hotel. There was a safe deposit box in my room. I paid only ~50% of the usual room rate. Good for solo-travelers without sophisticated tastes. The entrance is extremely dirty. The walls in my room were stained with something, and so was the bathroom floor. The room is small. The interior decoration is poor. I don't understand why they claim that it is a hotel of a premium category. The breakfast is poor. |

Hotel staff were polite and efficient. The rooms that face onto the Fontanka canal are too noisy to sleep in. The car traffic is loud and non-stop, there is loud music on that side of the building, and street drinkers congregate just outside the windows. The rooms that face onto a very grimy courtyard are quiet, but tiny. The breakfast provided was a paper lunch bag, with instant cereal, juice and crackers. |

This is my second stay here. It's clean, comfortable, and is good value. Location was suitable for my requirements. It is an honest no frills hotel with a light snack type breakfast included. If you want more, look elswhere. Don't be put off by the entrance. It is common with others. The real entrance is one floor up. |

Good place at the city. There is a cooler in the common kitchien. There was warm water all of time. Noisly from a corridor, because of flooring. |

Was basic, good value. Area ok. Plenty of variety for eating in the area at various prices and standards. No WiFi/internet, but lots of cafes etc.in the area have this for a reasonable price. Entrance a bit off-putting, but don't worry the hotel (one floor up) is fine. |

Приятный персонал, в комнатах чисто, с водой перебоев нет. Сравнительно недалеко от метро. В комнатах тепло. В номерах не курят, для этого есть специальная курилка. Есть кухня с холодильником и микроволновкой. Там же стоит комп с инетом. Идеально ехать одному или вдвоем. Разве что состояние подъезда дома, на втором этаже которого расположен отель, но, по моему мнению, это мелочь. |

доброжелательный персонал, чистые номера фоторгафии номеров не соответствуют реальности. сфотографировать номера такими, какин они на самом деле. |

une des 2 hotesses d'accueil parle le français ! plutot agréable ! c'est un hotel que je recommande pour les petits budgets uniquements (étudiants et itinérants sans gout de luxe) ou pour ceux qui veulent sortir des hotels à touristes que l'on retrouve partout ! le petit dejeuner est de standard russe. c'est un pack comprenant entre autre 2 croissants (russes) , sachet de café et thé et des spécificités locales. surprenant au premier abord ! Surprenant aussi , l'hotel est situé au premier étage d'un immeuble residentiel standard. C''est déconcertant si l'on a l'habitude des standards européens. Cela a finalement son charme aussi, car ça fait partie intégrante du dépaysement. j'ai plutot aimé ! Cet hotel n'est pas du tout adapté aux familles nombreuses européennes mais au voyageurs solitaires voulant maitriser leur budgets ! |

Вид из окна на Фонтанку романтичен. Кондиционер работал бесшумно. Расположен отель в пешей доступности до основных достопримечательностей. В соседнем подъезде круглосуточно работающий магазин. Мы оставляли вещи до и после нашего времени пребывания - это удобно. Наладить работу канализации. Убирать номера в отеле, когда гости гуляют. Вход в подъезд жилого дома, в котором распложен отель, просит ремонта. |

месторасположение отеля удобно - в центре города. При входе в отель тебя встречает грязный подъезд, лифт не работает, приходится на второй этаж поднимать тяжелый чемодан. |

Доброжелательное отношение персонала к гостям. Оформление быстро и без проблем. В номере тепло (это очень важно), чисто и уютно. Завтрак скромный, но весьма к месту. Есть желание пользоваться Вашим отелем и впредь. Мне больше нравиться одна кровать, и широкая. И ещё, где-то надо положить щётки для одежды и для обуви. |

Очень хорошее расположение, появился бесплатный Интернет (правда, только на одном компьютере). Хорошая скидка на зимний период. |

Très bien situé, très propre L'entrée dan sl'immeuble est surprenante. La facade est bien renovée. La porte donnant sur la rue est blindée. Derrière cette porte, l'univers est glauque, sale...proche du squat. Arriver au premier et franchissant une deuxième porte blindée, nous entrons dans un autre univers: c'est neuf, propre...Le personnel a un peu de mal en anglais |

La ubicación y el trato del personal. Limpieza algo dejada, no quitan el polvo de los muebles y se puede escribir tu nombre en la TV, por ejemplo. A las horas del desayuno se agolpa la gente, son un poco lentos (una sola chica hace check-outs y desayunos) |
