calme - propre - sympa - fonctionel petit déjeuner complètement artificiel : nourriture en sachet (croissant, café, porridge...) pas très bon si vous avez déjà mangé un croissant fait en France! |

Что понравилось: месторасположение (самый центр, 1 отс на метро от Моск. вокзала), ремонт сделан недавно, хорошая сантехника, с водой нет проблем, в общем-то цена - самое экономичное предложение по СПб. Что не понравилось: персонал нам нахамил "мне плевать, что вы бронировали ранний заезд, у меня нет информации", в номере было накурено, плохо убрались, завтра более чем скромный. наладить интернет свзять между отелем и отделом бронирования, что персонал тоже имел представление, что номера забронированы. |

La posizione abbastanza centrale L'edificio è fatiscente, l'atrio e le scale sono in pessime condizioni e sporchi. i muri sono scrostati.L'hotel consiste in un appartamento con 7 stanze ed un angolo cottura per la colazione. Le camere sono minuscole e non c'è nemmeno lo spazio per muoversi. C'è solo un piccolo armadio assolutamente insufficiente.Ogni giorno ho dovuto richiedere il bagnoschiuma. |
