The staff was very friendly althoug they hardy spoke any other language other than Russian 1- no sign on the street with the hotel name. You have to go inside the courtyard and not even there there is a sign.2- the terrible conditions the staircase is. I brke my left foot stepping on a hole on the named stairs. |

Хорошо расположена. Номера чистые. Начнем с того что это не трёх звездочнная гостиница, как написано на сайте, а максимум двух. Одноместный номер очень маленький. Стенки между номерами очень тонкие. Из-за этого слышно всё, что происходит в соседнем номере. |

Mir hat nicht gefallen, dass das Personal fast kein Englisch spricht, dass das Personal für "private Taxis" zumFlughafen 1000 Rubel cash ohne Quittung auf Vorkasse verlangt, dass Extra-cash Beträge für Dokumente und sogar für die Rechnungsquittung verlangt werden (100 Rubel!)! Es ist eine Zumutung, dass kein Kopierer vorhanden ist, dass der Kunde nach langer Reise angekommen bevor er sich erfrischt oder erholt hat, erst zum gegenüberliegenden copyshop geschickt wird um seinen Pass und das Einreisedokument auf eigene Kosten zu kopieren und dann endlich zum Zimmer kommt. Unmöglich,habe ich nach 40 Jahren Reisen noch nie erlebt!!!! .Hotel-Quittung nur gegen 100R cash vorab |

Удачное месторасположение (центр) Необходимо сделать более заметными указатели на отель и его вывеску, вечером найти его практически нереально. Персоналу отеля стоит порекомендовать самим заправлять постели клиентов, а не класть им на дорожные сумки комплект белья, да и усвоить, что клиент останавливается в отеле не потому, что ему сделали одолжение. |

расположение отеля должны быть полочки/крючки в душевой; розетки и выключатель света в ванной расположены неудобно, недостаточно мебели (нет шкафа, нет полок, одна тумбочка в номере на двоих). |

Хорошее расположение отеля по отношению к основным достопримечательностям города. Можно сказать, что заявленный отелем завтрак исключительно скудный, почти отсутствует. В течение всего срока пребывания (3 ночи) не было смены постельного белья и полотенец. |

Номера вполне приличные. должна быть информация о том, что отель находится на третьем этаже жилого дома, вход со двора. |
