We liked the friendly desk staff. The ladies were helpful and enthusiastic about places to go and things to see. Their English skills were very good. We enjoyed their personalities and felt we were able to get to know some Russian people. We had no complaints about the Rinaldi Hotel, except for the unpleasant smell on the stairway leading to the entry door.
