At first I liked serves, administrators halped us with many questions(taxi,sightsing,etc).Also hotel is situated near the metro station and Moskovsky realway station.And good price!

Месторасположение. Чистый номер. Достаточно новая мебель в номерах. Вежливые услужливые девушки на рецепшн. Завтрак в отдельных упаковках. В целом соотношение цена-качество достаточно хорошее. На улице вход в отель очень сложно найти. Он представляет собой неприметную подъездную дверь с маленькой табличкой между магазином обуви Саламандер и кафе Чайная ложка. Компьютер с интернетом расположен прямо на кухне, стационарный и всего 1, пользоваться им и кухней можно только до 23 часов. Wi-fi -нет. Кофе в завтраке дешевый растворимый и безвкусный. Нет отдельного фена в номере, приходиться просить на рецепшн. Запах предоставленных в номерах банных принадлежностей (гель для душа, шампунь) - неприятный.

Отель удачно расположен в пешей доступности от Московского вокзала. Окна выходят на Невский проспект. Поздней осенью это не критично, стеклопакеты гасят значительную часть уличного шума. А вот летом, с учетом отсутствия кондиционеров жить в нем будет невозможно. Также расстраивает "резко-континентальный" завтрак. Бумажный пакет с круассаном, пакетиком с чаем, пакетиком каши и виолой.

La ubicación del hotel es lo único que tiene de bueno. Está en el centro, en plena Nevsky. The only advantage of the hotel is the location, it is right in the centre. La entrada es supercutre. El hotel está en la segunda planta del edificio, en realidad el hotel únicamente ocupa una planta (sólo hay 6 habitaciones).Tienes que subir las dos plantas sin ascensor cargando con la maleta por unas escaleras muy sucias y viejas. El personal del hotel apenas habla inglés. El cuarto de baño apenas si lo limpian de un día para otro. El agua de la ducha y los grifos huele fatal (parece ser un problema de toda la ciudad). El desayuno es también supercutre. The entrance to the hotel is horrible. You have to walk up the stairs (which are really dirty and shabby) to the second floor carrying your luggage because there's no lift!! The hotel is only one floor, with 6 rooms. The hotel staff hardly speaks any English. The bathroom is not very well cleaned every day and the tap water has a nasty smell (it seems to be a problem in the whole city). Breakfast is terrible.

Мини-отель, хороший персонал, проблема, что я не могу сказать, что будет в соседних таких-же мини-гостиницах. Тут сложился неплохой коллектив, это на Невском 138. Интернет в холе, на их компе. В целом остались приятные впечатления. Маленькая раковина (не большая проблема), не меняли белье в номере за 2 суток, не пылесосили, маленький холодильник всего 1,(может стать проблемой если в гостинице будет ночевать много людей в те дни когда вы будете находиться). Вам просто некуда будет положить свои продукты, руководство гостиницы против приготовления пищи в гостинице, но приветливый персонал, нам не стал этого запрещать (ситуация такая же как с холодильником), что будет если все захотят готовить сами (места не хватит, а печь одна).
