Easy access to the city centre and other places such as airport and places need to be visited. I was really upset with the facilities they provided for the money I paid.

The hotel is situated in a rather old Saint-Peter district - this is a former communal flat redecorated for mini-hotel. I was given a room on the first floor near the reception and I could not sleep the whole first night. Next day after a long conversation with very unpolite receptionist I was finally offered a room on the second floor and things were getting better but the impression was spoiled anyway. The hotel definetely does not cost the money I paid for my stay and can't be compared even with 2 star hotels in Europe. Photos of the hotel on booking.com do not correspond to the hotel interiers at all.

Veeeery unfriendly staff; small rooms with small bed, no fridge,without a/c; poor water supply (you have to wait until warm water starts pooring). Breakfast is a paper bag with a croissant, butter, jam, junk porridge, tea and coffee bag. Located in some 15 min walk from the metro station. Not value for the money at all.

Очень удобно, что есть отдельная кухня с кулером, чайником, СВЧ-печью. Для отеля данной категории это очень важно. Номера соотвествуют категории, постельное белье оч чистое, интернет отлично работает, от метро реально 7 минут пешком.

Почасовая оплата за ранний заезд/поздний выезд, хотя лучше было бы бесплатно :)) Шумно за окнами ночью (возможно, нам так "повезло", вроде бы днем улица была тихой)

Спокойное место. Удобно приехать, переночевать. В случае необходимости, вроде как, можно покушать на кухне после 23:00, но тихо, иначе можно разбудить соседей. Плюс, что посуду можно спокойно брать с кухни в номер.
