convenient location, heritage building with modern interior The staff was not helpful in getting me a taxi to the airport. They wanted to charge me 1500 rubles, which is 3 times what I eventually paid for a taxi, which I arranged myself (even though I don't speak Russian). The hotel staff at the front desk wouldn't even give me the phone number for a taxi. |

The care of the hotel staff, specially the attention and help of the reception staff was great. The floor was not very well cleaned during my stay. Apart from that, it was clean enough. |

la situation géographique exceptionnelle, le rapport qualité prix incroyable, l'amabilité du personnel, l'excellent restaurant de l'hotel, bref un vrai bonheur le petit déjeuner n'est pas très varié, mais ce n'est qu'un détail |

хороший отель, с прекрасным сочетанием цена качество. Расположение очень хорошее. Персонал очень приятный и отзывчивый. отличный интерьер, хорошие номера, Есть ресторан с верандой. Неожиданностью стало шампанское и фрукты на день рождения моей супруги. Все это принесли в номер. Вроде мелочь, но приятно. Всем рекомендую. |

Необычное оформление интерьеров, хорошая машина, бесплатный WiFi, разрешалось бесплатно звонить по телефону (акция). Мне было бы удобнее завтрак не с 7:30, а хотя бы с 7:00... |

luxe kamer en entree,fijn personeel ,centraal gelegen vlak bij de hoofdstraat in het centrum met prima ontbijt in het nastgelegen restaurant 2 dagen te weinig personeel in het ontbijt restaurant waardoor het ontbijt behoorlijk lang op zich liet wachten.ontbijt werd op bestelling aan tafel geserveerd |
