The location is excellent. Just a few minutes walking from Kremlin. The restaurant is the best in town. Price is very good considering expensive Russia. Facilities are well-maintained.

The bed is a bit too soft. Wifi only in reception not in room.

Perfect location, right across the Kremlin. Friendly stuff. Overall, not bad by standarts of small Russian towns.

Rooms pretty small and basic. We had "semi-deluxe" and it eved didn't have couple of chairs to relax. Breakfast very modest, but they can cook from the menu (for extra charge). There is a problem with sewage system (they say it's because of very old historic building); as a result there is a smell it in the corridors and in the bathroom.

Excellent hotel, not expensive by Russian standards. Rooms have en-suite bathroom. Breakfast is included.

Wi-fi worked in front of the door, but not inside the room :)

-with russian restuarant under the accommodation - breakfast provided, and there are three options, just inform the restuarant staff in advance of the time you wish to have breakfast, breakfast is served at 8:00 am-10:00am -single room really means the room with only one bed and you can stay alone with no one interfering. -washing room is really special, music (russian/english) music will be playing upon button press. shower is hot, relaxing ~~~ -location: only 5 mins walk to the Klemlin, the scenary looked great before dawn

traffic: not that closed to the train station/bus station, not easy to find without maps or guide; taking a taxi (book before taking) is recommended -the building seems a little bit old,still very clean -staff's english is not as good as that in big cities,couldn't really direct you from station to the hostel in English

It was conveniently locales in the Town centre so all the places to visit seré within 5 minutes walk

Breakfast was BASIC and not very good. Restaurante for dinero was too expensive for the quality recived

Our room wsa extremely comfortable. It was large, clean, had two chairs and a fridge. The shower was excellent. Rostov is a very small town and the hotel was right in the middle of it. The restaurant was good, though service was a little slow, but it had the great bonus of an English- language menu.

We couldn'r find fault with the hotel.

Good restaurant, although long waiting times after ordering. The hotel did not accept mastercard (Cuban trick) while restaurant did. Communication in other languages than Russian sometimes very difficult.

The hotel is located at the very center of Rostov city. The value for money is rather good. Excellent restaurant at the hotel - I really recommend it. Staff is friendly and helpful. Free Wi-Fi, although it is not working well in the rooms - only at the reception.

Breakfast is not diverse. The bathroom wasn't very clean.

Indeed 3-star as you can expect it anywhere in the world. Very good place, good service. Very central and near to Rostov Kremiln. I would recommend this place and would stay here again.

Some more shelves/ hooks in the bathroom. Breakfast : oatmeal has to be ordered day before ! , waiter didn't speak a word in English, and although it didn't matter to us, but there were some foreign tourists.

The staff, they were very nice. The receptionist, the waitress etc..

The hotel is centrally located near the town's Kremlin. The room was nicely decorated and looks like standard 3* hotel in Italy or France (but cheaper). The staff was friendly and eager to respond to all our questions. What we adored about this hotel was the restaurant and its fantastic cuisine over lunch and dinner - we will definitely return there for great food.

Good hotel at the center of Rostov - 5 minutes walk to Rostov Kremlin. Clean silent with good staff.

Small breakfest. Bad car parking.

Owner was kind to meet and show the way. It's a privat house with all facilities. The rooms are of different size, nice and warm. Breakfast which made by maîtresse is delicious. Two of main siteseeing are near the hotel.

Unfortunately toilet and bathroom are combined.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, à côté du Kremlin. Nous avions réservé une chambre pour 4 personnes mais il n'y en avait pas pour 4, ils nous ont donc donné 2 chambres sans supplément. Le petit-déjeûner est très bien.

расположен в отличном месте, в самом центре города. придраться особо не к чему - и персонал и номера вполне соответствуют ценовой категории отеля.

Хорошая гостиница, в 2-х минутах от Кремля. Очень хорошая кухня. Чисто, аккуратно. Внимательный персонал.

шумно вечером из-за грохота посуды в ресторане. во дворе ночью лаяла собака, мешала спать. маловато каналов в телевизоре, вечером нечего посмотреть

Замечательная гостиница: чистота,уют,комфорт,доброжелательный персонал,вкусный завтрак.В 1 минуте ходьбы от Кремля.

Долго ждали когда нам принесут завтрак(20 минут),чай холодный.

Чисто, комфортно. Очень вкусные блюда в ресторане, замечательная девочка официант. Дизайн номера был просто супер

Нет своей парковки

очень понравилось. месторасположение лучше некуда, центр, за углом дома уже кремль. 15 минут пешком до вокзала. номера чистые, каждый номер отличается от другого, что не может не радовать! никакой однотипщины. завтраки не самые богатые, но питательные. персонал крайне вежливый и мега доброжелательный! в целом - самое приятное оставил о себе впечатление отель. рекомендую!

стиль отеля действительно русский, внутри номера все из сруба.есть холодильник.отель находится в самом центре, практически соседнее здание от кремля, в холле довольно уютно.

завтрак с 8-30 до 10-00.насколько вкусный не скажу, т.к. проспали.в 11- 55 когда мы складывали вещи по сумкам и собирались выезжать из отеля начала долбиться уборщица в номер(в одежде и видоном как советская буфетчица)с вопросами: вы уезжаете, а скоро, ну давайте а то уже почти 12. не очень как то получилось.

Понравилось всё.
