Salut Hotel    

I liked the breakfast and cleanity of the rooms.

It is difficult to get metro There is smell of meal in the Hotel .

There is no thing that i did not like about Salut Hotel. It is not a first time i stay there. We as a young couple love the ambiance, service, food (kitchen is the best) of this hotel. And later i found out their secret, it is because this hotel is run by a swedish hospitality company.

I liked the location to where my friends live , good access to main road into centre of Moscow.

Choice of restaurants serving good and reasonably priced food.

Location - not convenient to metro and difficult to get to by car due to Moscow traffic. Lifts -during peak hours - ended up having to use fire exit stairs in morning.

Friendly staff

Crowed at breakfast was like being in the army.

The staff did not answer the front desk phone so I had to go to them to schedule a wake up call. They told us someone would bring a remote control to our room for the fan unit in the room, but they did not. Again, we had to go to the desk and ask for a status update. At this time we were told the fan system was not turned on yet so no one was able use their room fan. We waited in our room for an hour for someone to bring a remote to us when in fact it was not going to happen as we had been told. This hotel is not sound proofed very well. We could hear doors slamming on other floors during the night. The bathroom is very poorly and dangerously designed. It is hard to step out of the tub without slipping due to the high placement of the tub and lowered floor.

- Staff not helpful at all, almost unpleasant sometimes - Comfort of bed very bad as regards of price of room - Price of drinks at bars really exagerated. (400 RUB for one bottle of orange juice, and one small pack of peanuts)

The weirdest experience the one can have on booking.com. I payed for dbl room and when had I arrived they accomodated me in twin without winking and when I complained said that their reservation system in not compatible with the booking.com and it all comes as just a room for two. The fact that we were a couple obviously waiting to jump into bed did confuse them. After a bit of haggle they changed it for dbl. At the reception they avertly admit that no-one of them speaks English. Overall if you manage to get through this nightmare the hotel itself is value for money, very clean and newly refurbished. But be prepared to travel by tube to city centre, if you plan to. Station is 15 minutes walk away.

hotel staff was very polite and friendly, the rooms are good, clean with good views. Thanks to staff for professional help and attention. I really liked this hotel., Happy to come again.

- прокуренный запах в холлах этажей - шум от автостраты - отсутствие пульта от кондиционера

останавливалась в номере бизнес-класса. в гостинице тихо, стеклопакеты поглащают шум с улицы ( окна выходили на мкад), в номере гостевой набор (тапочки, расческа, зубн. щетка и т.п.), убирали в номере кажый день. очень хороший разннобразный завтрак, вкусно.

удаленность от метро, пешком дойти можно за 15-20 минут неспешным шагом, но к сожалению, нужно идти или под балкономи жилого дома (риски, мало ли чего на голову скинут), или по проезжей-пешегодной, но части периодически пропуская машины. можно и подъехать - от метро идет маршрутка 22, но на ней долго ехать (через пробки).

комната чистая, все необходимые принадлежноси и даже тапочки...отменный завтрак с большим ассортиментом в т.ч. куринный бульон!

уютный и милый отель как раз для приезда на пару дней по бизнесу.

Очень хороший завтрак. Большое разнообразие блюд.

соотношение цены и качества хорошее. все вполне нормально. постное меню вкусное.

в ресторане везде накуренно, неприятно там кушать(( ,куда не сядешь, хоть топор вешай.

маленькие номера. место напоминает старые советские дома отдыха и если вы не страдаете ностальгическими переживаниями по поводу этой эпохи вряд ли вы оцените прелесть этого отеля. обслуживание в лобби баре просто кошмарное. с
