Fresh and delicious breakfast!
beds and pillows
location- shuttle to VKO-Wifi
1) No wi fi in the room some days 2) some days the room was not cleaned up 3) the room service is poor- no change, you have to call different number for pizza ?!, and there is a minimum amount to order
No bell boy and no luggage service When I checked in the hotel, I asked for luggage service to bring my suitcases to my room. The security man told me there was no such service available and I need to bring my suitcases to my room myself. I was shocked ss I had two big suitcases, a hand bag and a computer bag to take with me upstairs after a 12 hour flight. No mini bar service The minibar was empty and there were two small bottles of water provided on the table. I was surprised to be left without water 2 days before I'd check out of the hotel. When I called the reception, a lady replied to me that water was provided only upon check-in. When I asked if water could be provided into my room, she answered me no, as the rule of the hotel was to provide water to the person only upon checking in into the room. So, I had to go downstairs to a restaurant to buy bottles of water and bring to my room. I don't think even a 3-star hotel should function like this. Ordering food and drinks to one's room demands that the order should exceed the price of 1,000 roubles. Otherwise you can't order. I think this is unjust towards clients of this hotel and ordering anything in the hitel dhould not be limited by price. This hotel's business class room reminds me of students' rooms in students' hostels in Russia. Just the same level. At least the service could be improved in order to compensate for the room quality. The bed was so small that I hit my head on the wall besides the bed while turning aside in my sleep. I really don't think i'll ever go to yhis hotel again for staying in there!!!
Breakfast was good but the same everyday. Room was clean enough but too small. Bed was also small. Chair at the table was ordinary. No air conditioning. When I asked about why there was no air conditioning in the room, the lady at the reception said that the air conditioning was switched off for whole winter in the whole hotel. When I asked her if I should open the window in order to refresh the aur in my room, she bluntly answered me yes. The maid was cleaning the room regularly. But on the whole the service needs improvement.
helpful staff, good security, and good breakfast
Receptionists tired and indifferent to the point of being rude, but hey, this is no Hilton. The croud is on the "workers' hostel" side with an occasional "flat-face", however, perfectly safe (safer than many other capitals). For me the biggest pain is the location, but I have a minor medical condition, otherwise perfectly reacheable by public transport.
Unbeatable value for money, this is Moscow... Full-sized room with proper bathroom, polite maids, good WiF, clean. The best authentic Chinese in town, no joke, 24-th floor, separate elevator (ask the security for direction). People come here fore real Chinese cuisine in Moscow without having to pay an arm and a leg. And now - a Korean restaurant on the -1 floor (take the stairs). 100%. This hotel is a special world in many respects, give it a try for a night, if this is not yours - move somewhere else.
Generally the Hotel is poor equipped with very old. TV is old styl and its screen smaller than Ipad's. Beds very old and whole room need renovation. No bed helps and to take baggages to your room unless you pay 400 rubs. Guards don't know how to deal with guests.
transfer to the nearest metro station could be organised with shorter interval; hotels taxi service is sub-optimal (too expensive and very poor cars+drivers)
value for money
staff is very rude. they took the payment from credit card which i gave for warranty while booking.
very cheap and you can find everything inside. markets restaurans pharmacy... breakfast was nice
Staff was not that friendly. And not everybody speaks english.
The quality of the hotel is good for the price. There was an always open restaurant for late night snaks after partying on the city center.
TV did not work properly in my room.
Nice place to stay: close to the subway, good breakfast, nice helpfull stuff, and pretty clean all around.
That I have to take taxi to go to center, shops and restaurants
Good wifi, the room
Wifi is poor. Need more chick-in staff during night.
Location was excellent .
room is very small No foreign exchange manual conversion facility.
clean room and bed and towels . proper house keeping good WIFI connection very good break-fast
Sometimes the internet cannot be access from our room no 1006. This is due to the poor wifi coverage. It needs to be upgraded in future
Sometimes the internet cannot be access from our room no 1006. This is due to the poor wifi coverage. It needs to upgradedin future. The mattress must be change into the high quality one. The carpet must be vacuum frequently to avoid bad odour in the room. Thank you. Your regards.
good so much
Wifi is very poor inside the room
Fitness club and sauna are not fo free. In fact they are just in the building - in different places, different floors. And again - it is strongly needs in renovation of all building.
1) No hot water almost all week 2) staff, specially Elena on reception is not professional and rude 3) wifi doesn't work in the room, only in the lobby 4) cleanliness- soap, shower gel and toilet parer were always missing, the bed shits never changed, the tea cup never washed up 5) isolation is bad, you can hear what happen on the next room 6) value for money at the hotel restaurants is poor
1) Breakfast was good and menu was changed some days 2) laundry was ok
Efficient staff, Good rooms
slow reception desk
great breakfast, lot of choice and fresh room spacious, air conditioning proximity to metro station early check in possible
Staff have no hospitality or customer service skills at all. They were very unfriendly and unhelpful. Very few staff spoke and understood English which is not a huge problem in itself because I have travelled to other places and managed to cope well - but their mannerisms are very matter of fact. On arrival there was no third bed in the room, spent allot of time on in reception going through booking and showing original paperwork. The hotel facilities were limited for the size and scope of the hotel i.e. no swimming pool, sauna facilities etc. Rooms were not dirty but lacked care and attention - the bed linen is changed once every three days and water only provided on arrival. If you leave your luggage in the holding room of hotel when you check out they will charge you after three hours.... They don't tell you its each piece of luggage that is chargeable and not a set holding fee. The restaurant food was good but they charged additional for the bread offered and also when I asked for potatoes to be substituted for rice they put a surplus charge on every meal. So be careful..... I would say if you want somewhere to stay that is reasonable, no thrills or expectations then Salut Hotel fits that criteria.
Location of hotel was good, size of hotel, restaurants onsite. WIFI available throughout the hotel. Ladies that cleaned our room were nice.
check-in staff is hopeless and their computer system is a disaster. Stay at this hotel if you're ready to loose 2h to get your room.
