Fitness club and sauna are not fo free. In fact they are just in the building - in different places, different floors. And again - it is strongly needs in renovation of all building.
1) Breakfast was good and menu was changed some days 2) laundry was ok
1) No hot water almost all week 2) staff, specially Elena on reception is not professional and rude 3) wifi doesn't work in the room, only in the lobby 4) cleanliness- soap, shower gel and toilet parer were always missing, the bed shits never changed, the tea cup never washed up 5) isolation is bad, you can hear what happen on the next room 6) value for money at the hotel restaurants is poor
Efficient staff, Good rooms
great breakfast, lot of choice and fresh room spacious, air conditioning proximity to metro station early check in possible
slow reception desk
Location of hotel was good, size of hotel, restaurants onsite. WIFI available throughout the hotel. Ladies that cleaned our room were nice.
Staff have no hospitality or customer service skills at all. They were very unfriendly and unhelpful. Very few staff spoke and understood English which is not a huge problem in itself because I have travelled to other places and managed to cope well - but their mannerisms are very matter of fact. On arrival there was no third bed in the room, spent allot of time on in reception going through booking and showing original paperwork. The hotel facilities were limited for the size and scope of the hotel i.e. no swimming pool, sauna facilities etc. Rooms were not dirty but lacked care and attention - the bed linen is changed once every three days and water only provided on arrival. If you leave your luggage in the holding room of hotel when you check out they will charge you after three hours.... They don't tell you its each piece of luggage that is chargeable and not a set holding fee. The restaurant food was good but they charged additional for the bread offered and also when I asked for potatoes to be substituted for rice they put a surplus charge on every meal. So be careful..... I would say if you want somewhere to stay that is reasonable, no thrills or expectations then Salut Hotel fits that criteria.
check-in staff is hopeless and their computer system is a disaster. Stay at this hotel if you're ready to loose 2h to get your room.
the room was spacious, clean and well arranged; check out at 12:00; breakfast was good with a lot of choice; secured access to the hotel floors; complete set of toiletry in bathroom
fridge noisy; wifi access code was cut on the day of departure; a bit remoted from city center - 10 min walk from the metro station; area under construction; staff a bit slow at check in
very good food, polite staff,
Guard at the enter
Everything was excellent - polite stuff, fantastic breakfasts, clean and cozy rooms, safe environment and all this in one of the most beautiful cities in the world - in Moscow.
The hotel is big, downstairs there r restaurants and small shops.
They bring food to the room only when the order is more than 35$ and there is now water when u arrive. Also it smells badly in the rooms where smoking is allowed.
We stayed there for 11 nights. on some first days. They supplied 2 small bottles of drinking water in room every days then they suddenly stopped it without any warning in advance. We called to receptionist several times to ask for it but nothing happened.
Korean restaurant good
wifi is good in the room. house keeping of floor 5 seemed very good. The buffet on 7th floor is very good.
security of the floors should be increased. The security locks of each floors are not functional. lift is found very slow during breakfast hours.
Reception needs upgrading
Staff is nice, bedclothes are clean and new.
Lobby is old and a bit dirty. No conceirge service.
- Wireless Internet connection is very good. - Breakfeast is extensive wiht a very good quality. - Parking facilities is good. - My room was quiet.
- Staff is "rigid" not friendly, but they help you when needed. - Elevator capacity is too low certainly in the morning. Tip; book a room at a lowerst floor. - Value for money is low.
old furniture, price is too high for this hotel, parking for extra cost
Room was clean
