Location was convenient Hotel is classic but tired, lacked a good breakfast, rooms need renovating, lobby is not welcoming, no spa, no massage was available, sauna was under repair.etc etc |

The Hotel is very well maintained. The staff are generally excellent. The Buffet Breakfast is excellent. Some of the Restaurant staff were not adequately trained to deal with foreign guests. The kitchen appeared unable to vary the menu to accomodate special diets. No hotel in Moscow could be described as good value for money. |

Very good proximity to the Metro. Walking distance to the biggest Mall in Moscow. Good restaurants close by. Good room, good staff. Overall - Rocking. |
