The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and welcoming,always with a smile. Very good breakfast. Really couldn't have been more central for the main sites. We would definitely recommend to anyone. Lovely traditional style of hotel.

Perhaps it's its a Russian thing, but there weren't any tea or coffee making faculties in the room.

breakfast was cold and boring. beautiful bar, but served without as much as A coaster or nibble, and definitly no smile from staff. also tv with sport blasting in the lovely bar.

The hotel itself was beautiful.

The hotel staff have a thing or two to learn about what good service looks like at a luxury hotel. They tried to charge me $18 to wash a pair of gym shorts on the basis that they classified them as 'trousers', one of the most expensive items on the laundry menu. It took a 20-minute discussion with staff for them to agree to lower the charge to something more reasonable. It was the single worst service experience I've had in 10+ years of traveling.

Centrally located, close to two metro stations, friendly staff.

The location and services were great.

I like Savoy in general. It was not my first time there. I like the spacious rooms and the breakfast is good.

On arrival I had to change my room 2 times, the first room I have been given was occupied by someone else, I have entered the room and saw a notebook and shopping bags, etc. I could have imagined if the person who took the room would be there. Big surprise! :-) The second room was facing the street and they were carrying the renovation works for the whole night, drilling and cutting the metal. After 30 minutes I have realised that I would be able to sleep there. The third room was Ok, the neighboroughs were noisy but that is normal in the hotels. Otherwise, I was satisfied by my stay.

Excellent central location, staff is highly professional and customer oriented which is quite rare for Moscow. Nice breakfast.

Not a criticism - just a note for fellow travellers: breakfast room is not accessible for people with disabilities (on a wheelchair), however breakfast may be served in the room.

Ended up too tired to enjoy anything

Thought that the hotel or BOOKING.COM would have contacted us befor we arrived to warn us of the 24 hour building site in front of our bedroom window and main entrance to the hotel. Totally ruined our trip to Moscow and checked out of the hotel a day earlier to find another hotel. Told the staff the reason for us leaving but were still charged for the night we could not stay.

Location, excellent quality of service, quiet, quality of decoration and furnishings, size.

This is the only hotel I stay in when visiting Moscow, I am familiar with the surrounding area and it provides me a great base when in the city. Pool is fantastic in a 007 way and always empty.
