Rustig gelegen, vriendelijk personeel en eigenaresse. Dichtbij winkeltjes en zelfbedieningsrestaurant. Kamer werd goed schoon gehouden. Ontbijt is voldoende, maar Russisch met bord pap. Werd van vliegveld afgehaald en weer teruggebracht. Men spreekt geen Engels. Communicatie via vertaalprogramma computer. Meubilair in kamer verouderd en deels versleten.

-Wi-fi на уровне... -в ночь заезда припарковали бесплатно в своем дворе - хороший завтрак - на фотках одна и таже ванна для всех номеров ) где она на самом деле так и осталось загадкой - всего 2 или три канала ! - паркова за доп 100 руб в день.

1) Персонал приветливый, 2) Для тех, кто приехал поваляться и купаться в море, наверное, будет комфортно, так как идти 5 минут 3) рядом есть магазины, автобусная остановка недалеко Я была там в марте, цель - поездка на соревнования по биатлону. Для этого времени года мне было не комфортно жить в этом отеле. Да и вообще я люблю движение, активный отдых, поэтому если когда-то еще туда соберусь, то не остановлюсь в этом районе (напоминает деревню). Не понравилось: 1) завтраки (выбора нет, кофе отвратительный, да и вообще каждый день каша надоедает, для мужчин порция однозначно мала) 2) комната не уютная, стены пошарпаны, некоторая мебель оставляет желать лучшего 3) есть wi-fi, но скорость ужасная, выходила через 3G 4) трансфер из аэропорта стоит у них 700 руб., хотя ехать максимум 15 минут

при заезде на 3 часа раньше взяли 300 руб (100руб/час), при стоимости номера 1490 руб/сутки (62 руб/час). при бронировании через сайт на карте была заблокирована сумма на стоимость номера за 1 сутки (не снята!), по приезду в отель администратор отказалась заселять пока не совершим оплату за весь срок пребывания вперед!

Отдыхали с 3 по 6 января 2013г. В отеле очень понравилось. Небольшой уютный отельчик, "аля Италия". Низкая цена за проживание, при этом и завтрак включен довольно таки сытный и парковка бесплатная, правда маленькая. В полне уютные и чистые номера. Персонал отзывчивый и приветливый, очень терпеливый.

хороший чистый отель, соотношение цена / качество.... несмотря на расчётный час 13:00, в номер заселили утром. фотографии номеров и информация соответствует действительности, море близко, персонал вежливый убирались хорошо. в общем, все понравилось:)
