Location was very convinient, breakfast was fantastic (with champagne, red cavier, variety of omlets freshly sqeezed juices), rooms and public areas are very nice, very grand. Some of the staff were not up to standard, they had opinions and were saying them out loud instead of keeping to themselfs - they need more european training. |

The convienient location of the hotel first it has no swimming pool although in your site you were promoting the hotel with a swimming pool where there is no pool at all. also the jacuzzi was not working or it was canceled |

hotel is in a good location, rooms, service is ok (apart from the bar), subway is close (Belorusskaya station) breakfast very expensive (30 EUR) and not included into the price, not a good value for money. Bar service very poor (half hour to order, another half hour to get it) |

Very good location in the city centre, near metro station Belarusskaya. Clean and nice room. Fast check-in and friendly staff. It was noisy because of some renovation going on. I think this is a bit overpriced considering the fact that the standard of a 5* russian hotel is lower than 5* in europe. |

Un entorno ideal para la gente europea ya que pueden encontrar todas las franquicias europeas. No hay transparencia en las conversaciones con el cliente. Tenian unas tarifas muy buenas para noviembre que mostraban en recepcion y no propusieron bonificacion alguna. |

La qualite/prix je ne payerais pas plus pour des chambres anciennesla situation est fanstastique, il y a beaucoup de bon restaurants aus allentour. Le breakfast est exorbitant et le/la concierge peu efficace. |
