The pillow was too soft.
Not much to complain. Very polite staff, good location next to Belorusskaya station.
The breakfast is overpriced. More vegetarian options needed.
Location and service, nice touch with the birthday token they left in my room, much appreciated.
The pillows, this time were not so good
The Classic King Room was below my expectations. And for sure this is not a room for a 5 star hotel. They need to be renovated.
I like hotel in general, location is really good.Between 2 subways station helps to avoid terrible traffic jam in Moscow..
the food variety was a bit modest
close to metro and railway station room comfort
breakfast too expensive
Comfortable business class hotel with restaurants and coffee shops within easy reach
WiFi in room was at best weak and often dropped out.
Location, staff, security, the layout of the room
When I said I wouldn't be using minibar, they simply left it locked... Such a strange thing, to stay in a place where smth is locked from you. I actually wanted to use the fridge to cool down a bottle of water, but hey, couldn't use it cause at the check in I said I wouldn't use minibar at all! Strange. When I told the receptionist I found it awkward (like a child from whom smth is locked) she didn't quite understand my logic.
Locatios in relatively good. Next to metro and Bielorrusky station (Sheremetyevo airport express train, 5 min walk).
Breakfast was not included. Not so many movies, cultural programmes in English in the TV.
Everything You cannot go wrong with Sheraton hotels or any of the Starwood hotels. Again, their iconic beds and pillows are way above the standards.
Too short stay !
When i first made the booking i mentioned its my girlfriends birthday and when i arrived Ms Vlasta from reception made my check in and she is really helpfull and feel me special which is more than i expect from a starwood hotel. And special thanks for Ms Wudmila from concierge she really knows how this job has to be done just find her when u arrive and she will take care of everything:) Ms Obernisova who did our check out also very helpful. Everybody is telling Russians are cold and not helpful but this ladies are the opposite what they say.
Hotel was just what you need after a busy day walking around the wonderful city of Moscow, was lovely to kick back relax an chill after a busy day and was just what we expected.
Only fault I found was the bath had grippy stuff on the bottom of the tub which wasn't ideal, and the pillows are huge I had one and found it uncomfortable to sleep.
close to metro and main road also very easy to reach red square. the best is near to chaikhana where to east best dishes in moskow
no pool or sauna at hotel and poor breakfast and dinner menu
Staff were terrific - Lidia handled our visa support request promptly and Ludmila at the Concierge Services desk found us a splendid Kremlin tour guide, as well as plenty of other help. The Japanese bar despite its name provided delicious porridge and coffees for breakfast and cheering vodkas when we came in from the cold.
Friendly and warm
Free wireless Smoke free Excellent fitness 24 h Some staff Open window in bedroom
Breakfast at 30 euro
Very good location. Not far from center city,, main streets, not far from metro and aeroexpress to airport Sheremetevo. Very good for business trip. Good service .good restaurent. Really you can find the same confort as in USA.
Location of the hotel is good. Next to the hotel you will find three subway stations. Alternative to the hotel breakfast there is Starbucks just cross the street.
Hotel lobby doesn't give exact picture of hotel general condition. Rooms are old, they definitely need renovation. For the same money you can get better hotel in Moscow from the same district. Definitely not 5 stars hotel. Staff at reception could be better trained.
Bed was nice, decent channel selection. Great location.
Staff was rude, bathroom tubes old and stained. Not 5 star or even 4. Would not stay there again. Better to stay at Raddison Blue or other newer hotel.
Air conditioner did not cool very well.
Nice area with restaurants around and quiet. The metro station is not far and in 3 stops you get to the red square. The room has a reasonable size and seems nice. I got a good Price offer for the weekend
The mattress was really bad, so if you have back problems as I have, i don´t recommend this hotel, at least a priority room.
my car was evacuated from the hotel parking and nobody informed me about it. staff told me that they are not responsible for hotel parking and it is not their duty to infrom guests about their cars. I spend full day from 10-00 till 19-00 to get my car back from special arrest parking place located outside of Moscow. When I book this hotel I ask to reserve room No. 318, but they did't provide this room for me. Looks like nobody from the hotel reading clients requests. I was completely disappointed.
