The Marriott Grand Hotel is just a 5 minute walk from the Tverskaya Metro which offers easy access to the Kremlin. It features spacious rooms decorated with light woods and Art Deco touches.

great fitness facilities 24hrs
i was on 3rd floor window to street and it was really noisy
prices at the bar,
Even though the room was non smoking there was a smell in the room as well as in the corridor.
Business Lounge Staff - poor standard, not welcoming and generally disappointing standard of customer service
My husband and I were on our honeymoon and on our way to Asia, we decided to stop in Moscow for two days. We chose the Sheraton because of an incredible offer I found and we had a very pleasent stay. It was definitelyworth it. The hotel is very close to the Aeroexpress station which takes you directly to the Semeretyevo airport and a walking distance from the Kremlin. It gaves us the possibility to see the Moscow landmarks in a very short period of time. We loved it.
location - very close to Belaruskaya metro station where you can jump to brown or green line. It takes 30-45 mins to walk to red square from the hotel but you will enjoy the walk on Tverskaya street. Nice restaurants and cafes around the block as well. Clean rooms, standard Sheraton quality hotel and rooms (stayed on SPG floor). We have not used hotel facilities at all so cannot comment on those. Staff was nice!
They can increase the variety of TV channels and add some Turkish channels.
very pleasant (my first stay at Sheraton), silence & quiet nice room, location is even better than ritz-carlton, comfortable and excellent atmosphere, nothing disturbs.
Given the season, got upgraded. Very nice and open Duty Manager who took my comments on board
No smiles and poor treatment during stay
Хороший отель, качество соответствует стоимости
Номера на 3-м этаже немного отличаются от номеров на 5-м этаже не в лучшую сторону
The pillow was too soft.
Not much to complain. Very polite staff, good location next to Belorusskaya station.
The breakfast is overpriced. More vegetarian options needed.
Location and service, nice touch with the birthday token they left in my room, much appreciated.
The pillows, this time were not so good
The Classic King Room was below my expectations. And for sure this is not a room for a 5 star hotel. They need to be renovated.
I like hotel in general, location is really good.Between 2 subways station helps to avoid terrible traffic jam in Moscow..
the food variety was a bit modest
close to metro and railway station room comfort
breakfast too expensive
Comfortable business class hotel with restaurants and coffee shops within easy reach
WiFi in room was at best weak and often dropped out.
Location, staff, security, the layout of the room
When I said I wouldn't be using minibar, they simply left it locked... Such a strange thing, to stay in a place where smth is locked from you. I actually wanted to use the fridge to cool down a bottle of water, but hey, couldn't use it cause at the check in I said I wouldn't use minibar at all! Strange. When I told the receptionist I found it awkward (like a child from whom smth is locked) she didn't quite understand my logic.
Locatios in relatively good. Next to metro and Bielorrusky station (Sheremetyevo airport express train, 5 min walk).
Breakfast was not included. Not so many movies, cultural programmes in English in the TV.
Everything You cannot go wrong with Sheraton hotels or any of the Starwood hotels. Again, their iconic beds and pillows are way above the standards.
Too short stay !
When i first made the booking i mentioned its my girlfriends birthday and when i arrived Ms Vlasta from reception made my check in and she is really helpfull and feel me special which is more than i expect from a starwood hotel. And special thanks for Ms Wudmila from concierge she really knows how this job has to be done just find her when u arrive and she will take care of everything:) Ms Obernisova who did our check out also very helpful. Everybody is telling Russians are cold and not helpful but this ladies are the opposite what they say.
Hotel was just what you need after a busy day walking around the wonderful city of Moscow, was lovely to kick back relax an chill after a busy day and was just what we expected.
Only fault I found was the bath had grippy stuff on the bottom of the tub which wasn't ideal, and the pillows are huge I had one and found it uncomfortable to sleep.
close to metro and main road also very easy to reach red square. the best is near to chaikhana where to east best dishes in moskow
no pool or sauna at hotel and poor breakfast and dinner menu
