ideal location (in the heart of the city), very clean and modern, very friendly and helpful personnel

Amazingly friendly stuff, as if they are there to ease everything for you..Breakfast is perfect.. very clean, warm rooms. free internet in the guess-room. definitely worth of every penny you pay :)

you may feel uncomfortable having your breakfast in the other hotel across the road (but wonderful open-buffet)..

Great Hotel! People working at the hotel are extremely helpful, specially Viktor who help me find hard to find shops.

SkyHotel is just perfect!!! Hotel is cozy and nice, staff is frendly and helpful, it's just 3 minutes walking from the Ermitage Palace and considering everything, it's amazingly not expensive. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. When I'll come back to St.Peter, for sure I will stay again at SkyHotel!

Bathroom is shared, but it's always perfectly clean and in order. For breakfast you have to go to another hotel (just crossing the road), but breakfast is good and there's a wide choice of food.

The hotel was one of the cheapest in St. Petersburg, it is in an excellent location and the staff was fine. The cheap rooms don't come with private facilities but we were upgraded to one that had. In my opinion taking in consideration that this a cheap hotel (in comparison to other hotels in St. Petersburg (which is a pricey city)) I would even recommened the rooms with the non private facilities . In conclusion I would say it's good value for money.

The location was excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful.

We got locked out of the hotel for about 40 minutes (at 3am) when the doorbell broke. We tried to call but the phone was not answered. We got in eventually, so everything was ok! Also, we were not informed of the internet facilities.

staff had excellent English and were extremely helpful and friendly. I was able to use facilities at other hotels in the Nevsky Hotels chain, some of which were more upmarket, which was a very good deal.

No. Except maybe that the lift was not working, but that didn't detract from stay which was very enjoyable.

En fait, j'ai été surclassé à l'hotel aster - 3étoiles - sdb et wc dans la chambre.....localisation idéale pour visiter st-petersburg...

El hotel es pequeño pero esta bien equipado , en una ubicación excelente para visitar toda esta variopinta y elegante ciudad , las habitaciones son confortables y el personal es amable , la Srta. Irina habla castellano y te ayuda en todo lo posible , es amable y correcta .el desayuno es completo y variado .

Para desayunar tienes que desplazarte al Gran Sky hotel que esta en la misma calle, enfrente a cuatro edificios de distancia , pero no esta muy lejos y el desayuno lo encontraras bien servido en unas estancias muy confortables . merece la pena , para localizar el hotel es fácil , tienes que mirar en la fachada de la calle el letrero con el logotipo y una vez encontrado marcar en el timbre el numero 120 para pasar la reja forjada como en casi todas las porterías de San Petersburgo , luego caminar un poco en el interior hasta encontrar una segunda puerta a la derecha que te conduce hasta el ascensor y marcar el 6º piso .
