Trevlig och vänlig personal som pratade engelska vilket visade sig inte vara så vanligt i St Petersburg. Nära till tunnelbana och därmed också nära till shopping och olika turistattraktioner. Superiorrummet var av en bra storlek för två personer, hotellbaren och resturangen var också en trevlig upplevelse. Nej, men frukosten borde vara billigare än nuvarande prisläge. |

Nice, clean rooms. The rooms are quite small though (even Superior). They advertised beds with NASA technology in the tourist magazines but the beds were exactly the same as in other hotels in this category. We were disappointed, we expected Tempur .. The breakfast clerk was not very service-oriented. |

Good food. I traveled to Saint PB just to meet my girlfriend, and I reserved/payed a double bed room for two person. In the evening, when I went to the room with my girlfriend, a security guy didn't allowed her to join the hotel. He treated she like a prostitute. I need the to call the reception so solve this, because him didn't speak english. Very bad. Never go again. |

Good kitchen, but to my mind a price for breakfast is too expensive (in comperiance with other hotels in SPb). Most of all I like disco bar at first floor - it's very good idea, you don't have to go outside in cold weather The king size bed in standart room for 2 persons consist of two simple beds and because of it I fell every night between them. |

The staff were very friendly and helpfull, the services provided were very good. the choice of meals provided by the hotel were very good and not too expensive The taxi service associated with the hotel was very reasonably priced and provided an easy way of getting around if you enjoy sightseeing. |

Very friendly and helpful personal, a very clean and modern hotel with a good nightclub and bar. A little bit far from Neviesky Prospekt (which is the main avenue in St. Petersburg). But it's easy to get with subway or taxi. |

Superior rooms are pretty ok and what you would expect for a normal room in four star hotel. Free wifi included in the room price. Location is not very good for sightseeing, the breakfast is not worth the price. Normal rooms are really small. |

quite good location, near metro station, quiet neighborhood, free wi-fi, very nice and cozy rooms, really nice bed :) it's good that you can order movies or music through your TV, but the choice is still quite poor but I am sure they will improve. |

Nice hotel for a reasonable price.And a really nice bed! Very easy to reach from the aeroport Pulkovo 2 by shutle bus(marshrutka) number 3.Not far from metro(2 stations to Nevskij prospekt) Breakfast was expensive, so we didn' take it. |

Nice hotel, not far from the city center. Probably too expensive without special offers. At least breakfast is 3-4 times expensive than in cafes 3 mins away. Rooms are neat and furniture is new. Ask for a room on the highest floor to enjoy the beautiful view - Sokos appeared to be one of the highest buildings in the area |

My family stayed there for one week. We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is conveniently located close to the Metro, just two stops from the Nevksy Prospect. You can get to Nevskly Prospect in 15-20 minutes by metro or in about 45 minutes by walking. The hotel staff was very helpful and they talked good english. The room was very clean and spacious. Compared to other hotels in St Petersburg, this was reasonably priced. The free wireless access was very convenient. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was quite expensive, so we ended up not getting it. |

My room (on the 7th floor) was quiet, had an opening window and was not too hot. The bed was extremely comfortable and I slept very well. As my stay was during 'White Nights', the thick curtains were appreciated! Room fittings are tasteful and high quality. The spacious 'Provencal' style restaurant/bar area is relaxed and cosy - good selection of tasty dishes to suit all appetites and... |

Hotel is easy to find, quiet area, close to metro station, not far from centre. The room was a bit warm, and the air conditioning seemed to struggle a little, but the windows can be opened. |
